John was excellent. Quoted me fair prices gave me the ETA receipt and even had a good conversation. Excellent employee will be back if I ever need to ship something or request service through USPS.

Amazing staff and their service is exemplary. Always trying to help the customers. I don’t think anybody would go unsatisfied with the service. On one incident, I went in with three kids to drop off some mails and one of the kids asked if they had stickers. And one of the employees came out with popsicles. My kids ask me to take them back ?.
I am very grateful for all you do!

Very friendly staff. A staff from Hawaii very kindly walked us through different options to send packets to Hawaii. He also gave us a lot of good tips about conventions and tips in big island.

The employee named John here was holding down the fort in an impressive way, always somehow helping three customers at once, constantly, and moving the line through faster than I’ve seen at any other post office. People would walk in the door and he’d glance at them and know what they were there for. Super personable too, top notch government entity experience

In general, I find local USPO staff to be friendly.This location in Factoria is a big notch above all else - staff is sooo friendly, engaging and super helpful.Its obvious that they enjoy working together and working with customers.Kudos!

Just another mismanaged bureaucratic agency with zero consistency in their service. Staff believes they are running a business instead of a taxpayer funded service. Absolutely horrendous service attitude and I hope the place will get defunded soon.

I’ve been coming to this post office for the last 10 years and normally have had very good service. However, today I came in to mail a box, and the employee behind the counter named Dana who is extremely rude, and unprofessional to me. she proceeded to tell me five or six times that I needed to bring my own tape and sealed box and I tried to tell her I understood for the first timei was going to asked something else but she just cut when i speak.keeping sayings about tape.i don’t mind to pay to tapesshe was not listening what i sayingShe clearly needs to be retrained, because her lack of professionalism and rudeness was very concerning to me.
