Terrible experience. I missed the mail with pet license. I sent there and asked if them can help to find it. But without any empathy, they just laughed at me and let me go back and wait for another 7 business days.

Terrible service! The staff is really rude and unhelpful. Came in with a pre-paid label, had to stand in line for twice and at the end, I was not able to ship my box because I did not have a piece of tape to attach the pre-paid label on my box. Dropboxes are the best thing USPS has created so that we don't always need to rely on staff who has no will to perform their jobs! One star goes for the dropbox.

WORST post office I've ever seen. I also want to grade zero for it. There is an employee was very rude and I watched her being rude to the older lady in front of me and not responding to her questions. And then I had the same experience. I asked her questions and she is very impatient and did not give me the answer. Very bad experience. I went to the ups opposite and they patiently answered my questions. I advised everyone to never come here and go directly to the ups opposite.

The post office at crossroads was rude and unhelpful. They wanted me to pay $10 to , “ return a package to sender as refused. BUT went to Bel- Red post office they happily wrote refused and wrote return to sender in computer and it was done . FREE not a $10 resending ups package!! Avoid Crossroads post office if possible!

I would have selected 0 if there was an option . Have faced several issues on Amazon delivery especially when delivered through USPS . Till date have never received even a single package on time . There is some problem always and after few weeks calling customer care and getting refund is the only option.

I would give zero stars if I could. They lost my package and refuse to take accountability for it. In October 2023 I sent a package, a really expensive MacBook and some microphones, but they claimed that there was an issue with the address I provided, although I believe that the address was correct, I was assured that the package would be returned to my address, and I should just wait indefinitely.
I returned to the store over 7 times, dealing with mostly rude staff, some kind ones too, but they were all dismissive and just telling me to wait, as if it was my fault they took forever to send my very expensive package.
I went there at least every month from October 2023 to May 2024. However, each time I have been met with the same response – to simply wait for the package to be returned to me.
All of a sudden, I go back because it has taken so long, only to be told that my package was destroyed and there’s nothing they can do about it. It’s unbelievable how people can’t take accountability for what they do wrong!
This situation is incredibly distressing, especially considering that the contents of the package were intended to support my sister's studies.

I hope there is zero star option. Cannot agree more with Nema's review. Staff are really rude. Someone left an used tape on the counter, and I used it taping my paid label (Priority Express). The USPS lady forced me to buy a new tape, although I did not use any tape that they sell. After I paid, she rolled her eyes on me and said "NOTHING IS FREE IN THIS STORE!". Bad experience. Won't come back.

Asked for a padded envelope work got frustrated I asked twice and told me they don’t carry usos padded envelopes which is a service they provide for free

Really really greedy place. For 1 penny they will fight you :( I just didn’t tape the paid sticker, they wanted me to buy the whole tape ! Really? How disgusting it is. People are rude there as hell. Just one slice of tape? Omg… I hope they will change workers who can be a lil bit better with customers :)

This USPS branch has been my least favorite. I was required to stand in line merely to drop off a prepaid package. It's no surprise this branch is a 2. In comparison, Factoria USPS surpasses it; their staff is friendly and helpful. Despite being farther from my office, I'd choose Factoria USPS for the respectful treatment, unlike the consistent disappointment I experience at this branch

I’ve stood in line here. The amount of customers who act entitled is staggering. They wait in line for tens of minutes and have no clue what service they want. These people are clueless and then have the gall to hold everyone else hostage to their ignorant nonsense
