Didn’t deliver my Amazon package, didn’t leave a note on my door, went to the Amazon website and said the carrier was holding it and I had to pick it up myself. Drive 15 minutes to this location to essentially ring a door bell for someone to come answer but she couldn’t hear the doorbell because of her loud music. Stood their ringing doorbell obnoxiously until the music turned off and she finally answered. Then gave me a lecture about vacational hold packages vs. a package they just refused to deliver and blamed ME for her looking in the wrong spot.

My mail was returned to the sender due to a delivery mistake. I called them directly to inquire about the issue. Ayesha S. Noor helped me retrieve the mail on time. She did multiple follow-ups to ensure the package was on track. I really want to thank her for her commitment.

This USPS is extremely rude and refuses to give an honest attempt at delivering. They left a "sorry we misses you - first attempt" on my door so I waited the next day the entire day because of the importance of the item I was waiting to recieve and the mailman refused to give it to me; he said "it's not my problem. What? Well did you sign the slip? (I showed him i did and he got flustered and then asked): "Well this must be the final attempt!" (It was marked as first attempt) "I don't know! Go to that address!"" and drives away.
This has occurred more than 4x with the mail deliverer not even attempting to deliver the item and refusing to communicate.

I went on a Saturday before closing to pick up an item …. a heavy set women was super rude for no reason she needs to go to classes for customer service im not asking her so be super nice just not rude very hostile persona …

This particular office is so horribly run. 3 years now and it has never been in complete working order. Came to a head when even their kiosk was broken. Can’t even do the job myself.

Every time they put an excuse they couldn't deliver the package because no access to my road. What a load of bull - My street is covered with cameras and other cars are passing through. . I use my road everyday its a public road for god sakes. I Reported but have yet to see any action. These are the people delivering your mail. Continuous lies and incompetent management.

Incompetence. I had a rare item from my childhood shipped through USPS. They claimed to have delivered it to my apartment package locker. When I scanned the code and opened the package locker, the locker was completely empty. Carrier claims they delivered it. My leasing office has a record of every time a package locker is opened and it was not opened since "delivery". USPS either stole my package or they made a huge mistake and won't own up to it. Pathetic. Shameful.

Community mailboxes are broken/stolen recently so had to pick up my mails here. It was a fast service (took less than 5min) Saturday morning and no complaint at all!

Rang the bell 4 times over the course of 30min. Then started reading the reviews and went to the loading dock and found someone to help. Note to self, next time just head into loading dock and find someone to help you. Horrible waste of time.
