Been working at this mall for a bit and always appreciate this store for their friendliness. Always, I mean always greeted no matter how busy or slow they are and asked if I need help with anything. Glad that this store is in the mall.

Great small business and even better people. From the employees to the owners , I really appreciate these guys. Always helpful, respectful and nice. The store is beautiful and well laid out. You can tell a lot of thought went into the place and that they take pride in their business. It’s been really cool to watch them grow year in and year out. I’m a loyal customer for life.

Overall, my experience at your store left room for improvement. While your selection of products is decent, there are a few areas where you could enhance the customer experience:1. **Customer Service:** I found the customer service to be lacking. Staff seemed disengaged rude and uninterested in assisting customers. The owner Lee straight up ignored me when i asked for some help finding a shirt. A more attentive and friendly approach from your team would greatly enhance the shopping experience.2. **Store Layout:** The store layout felt cluttered and disorganized, making it challenging to navigate and find products easily. Consider reorganizing the store to create a more user-friendly layout.3. **Cleanliness:** I noticed some areas of the store were not well-maintained. Keeping the store clean and tidy is essential for a positive shopping experience.4. **Pricing:** Some of the prices seemed a bit high compared to similar stores in the area. It might be worth reviewing your pricing strategy to ensure it remains competitive.I believe with some adjustments and a focus on improving these areas, your store has the potential to provide a much better shopping experience for customers."

My favorite shop in Bellevue. I have been shopping here for many years for myself, hubby and the family. Top Notch customer service with attention to detail and personal touch. Every time I walk in, I am greeted and welcomed into the shop. The staff here at Urbanity is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and patient. Large product selection. The shop is always neat, clean and well-organized which makes it pleasurable and easy to shop. The atmosphere at Urbanity is warm and fun. Lee and Puck set a great example for their staff by demonstrating consistent professionalism and excellent customer service. Keep up the great job!

How do I start out writing about how amazing Urbanity is? The staff is beyond helpful and always goes above and beyond to take care of their customers from greeting you when you enter to when you leave. It always feels like family when you enter the store. I can not recommend their selection of clothing enough. They purchase quality and you definitely can tell when you get one of their pieces. 100/10. Thank you for everything y’all do.

Urbanity is one of the few places in the PNW carrying the shoe/clothing culture. The brands they carry and sell for RETAIL make them second to none. As a sneakerhead I can always count on a fair raffle for the Jordans/Nikes that are impossible to win on the SNKRS app. Not to mention they often do donation based raffles to bring in canned goods for those in need.Regardless if I am there for a sneaker raffle or just in to browse clothing the staff has always been friendly, helpful, and professional. Whether you're a celebrity, athlete, sneakerhead, or even a grandma buying your grandkids something for the holidays, you can expect to be treated with respect from the staff. I have seen it first hand.This is a small business that you can directly affect by simply walking past the big box stores in the mall, and buying the same items for the same price at Urbanity. I will continue to support them as they continue to support the urban streetwear culture!

This business never disappoints. They always got the latest and most flyest fits, and to top it off, they have the kicks to go with it. Their diverse staff is amazing and knowledgeable of the products they sell. There is something in this store for everyone regardless of their background. The experience you receive after shopping from this place is unmatched and I highly recommend it. Definitely a 10/10.P.S. They should definitely consider opening a store in the U village!

The sales staff is amazing!!! So kind and helpful. The selection of men’s and women’s clothing was great, and they had a solid amount of Jordan’s, which can be a rare thing to find now of days! Couldn’t have asked for a better shopping experience. I’ll be back for sure.

Anytime I'm in the Seattle area, I make sure to stop by. Everytime I've walked in, I was always greeted with a warm welcome and always had a positive experience shopping here. The staff are consistently friendly and efficient; the store is always well kept with a great selection for both men and women - definitely easy to walk out of there with a brand new fit!I highly recommend checking this place out if you're in the area!

Urbanity has and will always be one of my favorite stores in Seattle. Always a top tier experience from the people to the clothes. The staff is attentive and remembers the smallest details about you, feels more like seeing a personal stylist than shopping

The first time coming into the store. Loved how everything was organized and easy to find. They had items I hadn't seen before in other shops which I loved. The customer service was top notch! The store was bustling with people doing back to school shopping.

I have loved this store since day 1. There has always been a sense of family in the shop. My kids are always excited to go to Urbanity. I know I can always find something good to wear for that next fun night out or a concert. Every time I come in there's a hello and asking how my day is. Thank you Urbanity!!!
