I ordered to color print some documents to use for work, but I had horrible experience with the services--I ordered 5 times but only got my printing twice (each made me wait for long). The attitute of staff is disgusting, he/she never wears a smile on face, showing extreme impatience with demeaning voice of tone.......I will never ever go to this UPS for any services!

I am updating my review to the Lakemont UPS store after communicating with the store owner Maria on the details of my experience and feedbacks. She is a great small business owner with empathy, ownership, and customer obsession and willing to listen to customers. I would say that my not very pleasant experience turned out to have a happy ending as I think we have a trustworthy UPS store owner to support our neighborhood. Appreciate it.==== The following is my original one-star review===I cannot believe about the horrible experience on my packages during this holiday season at Lakemont UPS shop. I had 2 critical identification document shipped to me on Next day Air and I requested them to be delivered to the Lakemont store for pick-up because I can’t risk the packages to be left at front door. They were shown delivered on 12/26 1:19pm on the tracking so I went to pick them up. A store assistant named Taylor checked the computer and said “we don’t have them, they were not delivered, you need to call the 800 numbers, we are just store not UPS, we don’t know anything”. I asked if he could just check in the back to see just in case. He showed no sign of helping but arrogance and yelling. I was lucky to talk to the UPS driver who delivered my packages right outside the store. He was so nice and helped me go to the store and ask again. Guess what? They found my packages. Even with the fact, Taylor didn’t show any apology of mishandling my packages and providing wrong information. In the meanwhile, I want to thank Eddie who is really helpful and found my packages at the end, also to the UPS driver who stepped for me and ask/check the store again.

The service here is amazing, I didn't know you can do Amazon returns here, saves me the time to go anywhere else. Lily helped me and she was sweet along with the rest of the crew.

I had 8 heavy packages to return, unboxed and uncompressed. Jordan was a super star and was patient throughout the whole process; while I was going back and forth from the store to my car to carry in additional packages, he was working on boxing the ones already in store. I set aside an hour and a half to do all this and we were done in less than thirty minutes! There were also additional customers in the store and he addressed everyone promptly. By far the best experience I've ever had at any UPS store!! Thank you Jordan!

This was a great UPS store until the recent management change (confirmed by the employee). The new management has jacked up the prices unreasonably for everything. For a plastic envelope they charged me $4, for printing a shipping label, they charged me $3.I’ve been a regular customer for 2 years, but I will be taking my shipping needs elsewhere.
