Not all UPS Stores are created equal!
This UPS store went above and beyond for our needs. We were under a time crunch with a lot at stake and this team proved they care about customers and their lives.

I don't understand the complaints (and ratings) here about bad service. This is a busy store, and the "old asian" owner tries his best to accommodate everyone. I have seen (many times) the staff simply trying their best to speed things up while still being courteous. This is a UPS store, not a restaurant- it's more important to get things moving then chit chat about your day or provide the best customer experience- they are nice folks, but their attention is (rightly) focused on shipping stuff accurately. My favorite UPS location, in and out :)
