The worst UPS I’ve ever been to! I went to print a bunch of documents before my meeting, but the experience was terrible. The older guy who was the only one working had me wait for five minutes first then told me to do it myself on his computer and left to help another customer. The printer stopped halfway through, and he asked if I could skip the rest of the documents. When I said no, he grabbed the papers from me and said, "I cannot have you here then." I ended up being late to my meeting because I had to go to FedEx to finish printing. Printing papers is a simple job, but if you can't provide that service, you should let your customers know upfront!

Was a customer of theirs for about ten years. I had a rented box up until about 1.5 years ago. A vendor I order from failed to update my address in their system and sent about 25 tiny packages to this old address. The vendor refused to work with me so I called this UPS location, explained my long history with them, and asked them if I could rent a box for a month to receive the tiny packages. They refused to rent a box to me for less than three months and told me they would charge me $10 for each package if I didn’t rent a box. Of course I cannot pay $10 for each tiny package, which cost an average of $3 each to begin with. They were rude and obviously care nothing about customer service. Don’t rent here if you are looking for customer service.

I usually go to this store but the staff today helped me with printing has the most notorious and condescending attitude I’ve ever seen. She pressed print without letting me finish my sentence that it needs some adjustment and charged me extra money, and even tried to educate me about taking care of my mind. It’s not about the money, it’s about the attitude. Will never go to the place again.

My go to UPS store for all packages, notary work, passport photos and international and domestic shipping.
Mr and Mrs K are some of the nicest and hardest working UPS owners that I have met. Courteous and friendly and very knowledgeable. Service and solutions oriented and open 7 days a week.

4-5 people line, only about 2 min wait. Single sales person was very efficient and courteous.Very different from the UPS store on 132nd Ave and 68th St - that one is the WORST UPS store in history.

They advertise being able to take USPS, but turned me away. I also had 100s of dollars worth of UPS packages to pay to ship out. I decided to take my business elsewhere. UPS stores are franchises, I’d advise everyone to take your business to another owner with better business sense.

Went out of his way to be unhelpful. UPS link wasn’t working but would email easily and he said he “didn’t have time to print it”. The file was there and ready. Go to the Crossroads location if possible.
