Great products. Poor customer service. Returned items and never got a refund. Store and online reps are equally bad.

I came in to shop for my husband and there were two people in the store. No one said hi, no one asked me what I needed or if I needed help. The one employee walked passed me several times and didn’t say anything. I’m very disappointed in the serves. Keep in mind, I’m young and black. They helped a white customer and didn’t say anything to me. Do better!

I went there on Friday and had a very successful visit. I bought 4 shirts in very short order, thanks to Josh!Josh already had a couple of boxes with all their long sleeve shirts in my size, which he brought out of the back. That was very smart, having pre-prepared boxes of hard to find items! It made finding shirts I liked really quick and easy. He was very helpful and much appreciated!

Wanted to buy online, shirt around $67, but if you don't order $100 worth, "free" shipping costs around $33. Whaaaaaattttt? No thank you, plenty of quality shirts on other websites without this ridiculousness.

The guy working was very helpful for my teen son, who ended up not buying anything but the guy was still cool. I liked there stuff. Just not looking for shirts for myself right now.

Online support is a joke, my very first order is somewhere in the FedEx ether, delayed (after paying for 2 day shipping) without any expected delivery and when I emailed support they promptly told me to go to FedEx. I asked for a refund crickets.

Went to the shop just to look, ended up buying 2 shirts they didn't have in stock but told they would be sent to my home promptly.Its been weeks and they have never arrived.Seriously feel ripped off.
