Outstanding service. Sam and his team worked quickly to respond to me about a Tesla Model X Plaid I was interested in. Sam offered a video walkthough of the X and he made the buying process simple and went out of his way to ensure that the shipping of the X to Hawaii went smooth.The X arrived in great condition, just as advertised.Highly recommended buying from this dealership. They go above and beyond to ensure that their customers are fully satisfied and taken care of throughout the entire buying process.

Nice dealership with indoor facility. Sam sales/owner was easy to deal with on getting the sale completed. Fairly painless process on paperwork. Plus, Louie the Pup was good therapy in the office. Would definitely check them out for future wheels!

Really really happy with the service I got here. I drove the car off the lot and started having a few issues with the car. I contacted them about it and they were very responsive and made it a priority to communicate with me to fix the issue. My car did not have a tow hook cover when I purchased it and they are mailing me one (which they did not have to do). Thank you!!

I was in the market for a truck/suv and reached out to multiple dealership. Even with their busy schedules, Sam was able to run numbers for me over the phone in a matter of hours. Only thing I had to do was drive down, sign and drive home with my new truck. The no pressure easy going atmosphere they have at this dealership helps you make a decision of your own. I would recommend buying a vehicle from them. I’ve had the truck for a month now with 0 issues.

I usually don’t share my opinion or experiences but STAY AWAY This has to be one of the worst experiences of buying a car .DONT shop from them they are super arrogant people, I tired buying a car from they kept on changing the “salesperson” name over the phone from Sam to to something else , they won’t give you time to actually see the car.the car was never shown clearly and when asked about it had been sitting over a year now and they weren’t willing to actually inspect it or look over with full point to point inspection, never work with these people. Mind blow by how disgusting disrespectful they were. Keep in mind I was ready to spend money and pay all cash. Super disappointed with their customer service!

Unique Motors is Unique indeed for more reasons than the awesome inventory of pre-owned vehicles. I was looking for a luxury quality vehicle and simply wanted to secure a deal with integrity. After loosing two deals and sort of getting my heart broken I realized I needed to look for a different type of dealership. On the internet I noticed Unique Motors and when getting on the web page I realized this is what I am looking for. When arriving to the dealership the next morningI was even more comfortable and convinced I was at the right place. Sam noticed I had walked in and we began a conversation. Talking with Sam was a pleasure because he was willing to listen and answer my questions and concerns. There was a vehicle in the showroom that was a great option for me. When I told him I wanted to hammer out a deal I could live with we agreed we'll make it happen. That was how it went down. I am so happy with the result of this deal. Great car, great customer service and just a pleasure to get through the process. Unique Motors is different and absolutely deserves a look at if you want a luxury quality vehicle without the assault you'll encounter at most dealers. Five stars for Unique Motors in the best way!!Thanks Sam.......I had a great time shopping at your showroom!

I wanted to take a look at their inventory. Not sure exactly what I want. I drove down to their facility to look and potentially buy. I saw some cars on their website I was interested in. It shows that they are open according to google. Gate was closed. So I called and they said they only show by appointment. They asked if I wanted to make one. I said I was here outside. They were not interested in showing me now. I didn’t see anywhere on the website saying appointment only. Frustrating experience!

The customer service there was absolutely excellent! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and friendly staff. They were incredibly helpful and attentive, making sure all my questions were answered and that I had a great experience. It's clear that they value their customers and go above and beyond to provide exceptional service. I highly recommend Unique Motors Seattle if you're looking for a place with outstanding customer service and a fantastic car selection.
