Great shop and PADI open water certification program! Our instructor Kyle happened to be in store the day before and was super helpful in selecting the right personal gear. I got a nice set of fins, goggles, snorkel, and wet suit, all fitting and functioning well above expectations. I'll likely stick to warm water dives but glad to know this place is close by and has a well stocked inventory of gear and knowledgeable staff!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I got my snorkels from here. They are super nice. The staff taught me tricks how prep it for first time use a s how to apply anti-fog. I wanted a different color that they didn't have in the store, and they helped me order it. It came in, and I actually didn't like them. The staff helped get a different color and was very patient with me. They also do scuba certs here, so they know their stuff from experience. I highly recommend this place for getting your underwater gear.

Awesome place. I rented a wet suit for underwater rescue class. Suit was very thick and warm. Perfect to keep me warm. Nice collection of gears.The thin tall guy in the front office is super nice and helpful. Thank you so much.

Never Open! went 3 times to get gear and fill my tanks, both time, Cliffy was out to luch! 1 1/2 hour lunch on Saturday! called Aurora shop to see what's going on, perhaps they can call him. Nope! they told me to wait! So I will take all my gear needs and $$$ to Lighthouse in Seattle.The customer service really sucks! was not like that when I got my certification thru them, 20 years ago, perhaps now they are only good to refill tanks and that is it!

Awesome experience learning for my OWD certification with instructors Veronica Monell and Mike Magnan. Best instructors in the world. Helped me to learn important skills, correct my mistakes and now I feel a lot better prepared and confident for my future dives. I am so glad that I chose the UWS at Bellevue for this certification (not some remote resort location). I was hesitant going for a dive in cold January, but the class was great. I would gladly sign up for other classes when the time comes with my current instructors. So much of patience, attention and support. I was very lucky coming to their class. Thank you!

Amazing PADI Open Water Diving class with instructors Veronica Monell and Mike Magnan. So attentive, patient, knowledgeable and supportive teachers. Feeling very lucky to have them as my instructors. Guys helped me identify my mistakes and learn how to correct them. Some of my mistakes required quite a bit of repetitions. We dove in cold January and I was a bit wary of cold water and air, but the classes were so productive and fulfilling, I did not even notice the weather. The scuba sport is demanding and having the right guide is critical, so I am glad that I decided to take my certification with UWS at Bellevue. Thank you, guys. You are awesome!

These folks are amazing! I got certified May 2021 and was impressed with how knowledgeable, patient, and talented everyone on the team is. Prices are fair and I can't wait to go back and register for other classes/scuba specialties.

They stand behind the equipment they help you select and ensure you have a good fitting. we got our open water padi certificates from them too. Ryan was an amazing trainer. he was a wealth of knowledge, had lots of patience, and went the extra mile to solve all problems with the entire crew and ensure the learning process was as fun as it was useful. I highly recommend using them for your scuba training.

I got certified with these guys October 2019. Highly recommend. They're smart, knowledgeable and just super cool people. The price is fair and they were very helpful and added to the fun-ness of it all. They were exceptionally good teachers, and very patient. I will be going back here to get my advanced cert!

Great shop. I came in to get my daughter fitted for a mask, snorkel and fins. They had sanitized masks available to fit test, and helped up get a correct fit for everything. On top of that, they worked out a package deal since we bought a number of items. Staff was helpful, knowledgable, and courteous. A great experience and I highly recommend. I look forward to using this shop again in the future!

Was driving by and seen the store so had to check it out. Im not from the area but cant pass the chance to check out a new store. Iv been diving for years and have been to lots of dive shops up and down the coast. this by far was one of the best. I walked in and was immediately greeted. probably the busiest shop iv seen. great service and great selection. Love the dive knife. thanks
