Had a reservation for 10am on a Sat. This location is suppose to open at 9am. No one was there at 10. No one was there at 10:15. No one answering the phone. Called u-haul 1-800 line and they tried to reach the manager, no one picked up. Tried calling the regional office, to see if there was another location with an available truck. Unfortunately, busy weekend. Finally at 10:25, assistant manager showed up. By then there were three different sets of people waiting. One group was able to return their van via the app. Another group left to go to Home Depot for a truck instead. She told me to wait. Very rude. No apologies for being late or anything. Perhaps she had a good reason for being late or what not, I can empathize if she explained it. Nonetheless; I just needed my truck because things needed to get done. I wouldn’t rent from here again. When I returned the truck, I wanted to clarify to make sure my contract was closed out properly. Got more attitude from the assistant manager about how she has to manage the storage business also and she couldn’t just tell me how much the total will be. Absolutely horrible experience.

I rented a van. Ideally a real back up camera would be better than the rear view mirror back up screen. I found it to hard to navigate distance with this type of equipment. Also it would have been nice to have blind spot side mirror lights. The side mirrors were great with two different seeing options. Close and far. The van was clean and easy to drive. The process to check out the van takes about 15 minutes unless you upload your drivers license before you get there. To return takes 1 minute. I did about 65-75 miles and it cost less than $30 to refill the tank to full.

I've moved so many times in the past 10 years, but this is the first time I've ever actually worried about a U-Haul rental. While the person helping me was very nice and pleasant, it was clear that dealing with uhauls is not her primary job there. It made this feel like the most fickle renting experience I've had. I swept the truck, had to fold blankets and try and repackage them, and in hindsight I'm not even sure I expected to pay for blanket rentals. I also overfilled the fuel with 3 gallons at the gas station nearby right before my return, but for some reason got charged for 3 gallons of fuel on my bill afterwards. I only drove 18 miles... There's no way I used 3 gallons of fuel, nevermind 6. The truck was also in the worst condition I've ever had a U-Haul be in. I'd give this experience 1 star, but at least the person behind the counter was pretty nice.

I rented uhaul truck here recently. Every thing is fast and responsive. Didn’t had any major hiccups while renting, payment and returning truck.

We reserved a truck and they insisted on wasting 45 minutes calling people to verify various things. Once we checked in with the app, we had to wait in line (thus negating the use of the app that UHaul insisted on us using). DO NOT use UHaul.

I will NEVER use Uhaul again. I made a reservation online several weeks in advance and the day of pickup my truck wasn't at my requested location in Bellevue and I had to UBER TO FEDERAL WAY to get a Uhaul! Even though the reservation says GUARANTEED! I even called 5 hours prior to picking up my truck to verify it was ready and couldn't get confirmation... just that it "should" be there. Don't use this company. It cost me so much stress, extra money, and extra time to get what should have been easy. Not to mention the truck I rented HAD PROBLEMS during my drive from Seattle to AZ. Pay the extra money and hire movers! Or rent a truck from any other company but NOT Uhaul.

Renting a U-Haul from this location is about $60 more expensive than renting from any other U-Haul location in the area. You'd save a lot of money by going to a farther away location, even if you have to drive the truck a lot farther.

The personnel at Bel-Red Storage read the fuel gauge wrong and charged me extra for gas. Make sure you take a picture of the fuel gauge when you return the truck otherwise they will just make up stories and price gouge you for the gas.In the contract agreement, it was pointed out the fuel tank was at 7/8 at the beginning. During the return of the vehicle, I knew I put enough fuel to have the gauge went past 5/6 of the tank because the fuel gauge only had 2 tick marks between 1/2 and full. There was no way to know exactly where 7/8 of a tank was according to the fuel gauge. If the tank had only 5/6 of a tank and was suppose to be 7/8, there was only 1/24 of a tank of a difference. Once again, the fuel gauge was past 5/6 when I returned it. Somehow, the next day, I was charged $17 or 4 gallons of fuel. Are you telling me the whole fuel tank for the truck was 96 gallons~?!!?Please make sure your local u-haul personnel knows how to read fuel gauge or knows how to do math.I had to call in the next morning to argue over this with whomever was in charge at Bel-Red Storage this morning. very unpleasant, unprofessional, and unacceptable.
