Horrible experience. Reserved van for 12:30 to 10:30 mobile pickup no contact. Showed up at 2:30 and they announce then decided to cancel reservation due to their own policy that apparently if you don’t pick up right at time, despite it being well within your rental window, they just cancel it! No phone call or attempts to verify prior to canceling.
