I could not recommend U Frame It more! As a first time customer I was impressed not only with the care and attention to detail that my embroidery piece was shown but the customer service was off the charts! I have officially found my framers for all my embroidery work! My piece was done very quickly and it turned out even better than I had hoped! Jonathan was able to turn my embroidery from a stitch to a real piece of art that I can display proudly. If you are a fiber artist you have got to take your work to him! They have a large selection of frames at lots of price points and their attention to detail is unmatched. Thank you so much I can’t wait to get more pieces framed from U Frame It!

We have used them twice so far and has been impressed with the results both the times. First one framing a Mother's day gift for my wife that my kid had created just the day before. It was in Pastel and they took extremely good care of getting it framed and it has been great over the last 3 years.
Few weeks back, my wife had gotten the brass pieces that are part of the attached picture from India (couldn't transport the entire thing as it didn't fit in the luggage. We wanted it framed and U-Frame-It handled everything. They worked with us in selecting the frame material, took care of mounting the brass pieces (each about 2 - 3 pounds) in a backing plywood and the end result was perfect and better than the original. The overall cost was in the same park as some other stores and better than atleast one big box store who said they won't mount the pieces on plywood and would only do the framing.

Svetlana and her team took my diplomas and framed them meticulously with a professional touch. I could not believe how the craftsmanship and details made the diplomas pop with class! I am so glad I went with U Frame it in Factoria. Great price, great communication, and great product!

Second time here, never disappointed. You get reasonable price with outstanding service - their choice of frames are just next level. We tried other stores and they were good but kind of standard, this place is above and beyond. I’ll come again.

I took my frame that was not secured properly and they fixed it for free by just putting some staples in each corner to secure it. The owner was so nice and I appreciate her help.

Svetlana was so nice and happy to help us make the best of our images. The frames were great and she worked fast!
Also her other store in the mall has a lot of great art and furnishings. Suited our taste perfectly.

I recently visited the store and was thoroughly impressed with both their reasonable prices and exceptional service. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly and patient staff. The variety of framing options available was extensive, yet the prices remained very reasonable, allowing me to find the perfect frame within my budget. They carefully walked me through various options and offered insightful suggestions. Highly recommended!

I brought a canvas that needed to be stretched and not only they did an amazing job but the cost came in lower than expected. Last but not least they were able to complete the job two days earlier than my requirements.

Every time I come to U-frame it, I know the experience will be memorable. Johnathan and Svetlana are artists in their own right, the attention to detail, dedicated time with the clients to really understand there needs is unlike any other framing shop you will find in the area. The quality of products they have supersedes anything anyone has in the PNW. The outcome of my art always is beyond my expectations. I truly recommend this shop to anyone with any framing needs. Even difficult and unusual framing needs. No job is too small or to large that they can’t handle. I Consider them a lifetime company I will use for all my personal and commercial need for framing. Keep up the exceptional work.

Don't get fooled by the high star ratings. Similar to what the other reviewer said, the owner appears to be very obnoxious. From the moment I entered, the owner's demeanor was off-putting. It left me a pretty sour taste in my mouth that I have to write this review.
We came in to inquire about framing a large calligraphy art piece and asked for a general estimate. When I showed the owner the photo, before even finishing my sentence and giving her the measurement, she said in a condescending tone, "How am I supposed to know how big this is and what size this is?" I should have known this was already a bad start, but it set a negative tone for the entire visit.
The whole time, she appeared visibly annoyed when I was at her shop with a dismissive attitude. She kept telling me she could not give me a general price range or estimate, which is understandable. Still, she didn't even bother doing rough calculations, inquiring about our needs, or offering different options. The owner appeared more interested in dissuading us from their services. She kept telling us that it would be expensive and that we should look for other competitors, almost as if we couldn't afford it. We never even attempted to complain about the price and we couldn't, because we didn't even know how much it would cost. It was pretty shocking that an owner would speak this way to a potential client. Maybe she has a bad day. Who knows?
Regardless of the quality of their products, the owner's demeanor overshadowed any potential benefits. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them. As the owner said, "You should look at a few other places before coming here; it is expensive."
You can also look at the owner's reply to her yelp page--it has the same condescending tone. It tells you a lot about how she deals with customer feedback respectfully and if she addresses any concerns with empathy.
