BEST TAILORING EXPERINCE EVER!Nicole is very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and a great communicator.Want more??? Read on.I had been needing a new tailor since mine, in downtown Seattle, closed a few years ago. I recently purchased a couple of new suits in London and wanted a few alternations. After some money and mixed success, I decided that I definitely needed to find a real tailor. My brother is also a suit and jacket with jeans guy, so I wanted to find a new tailor for him as well. I did a ton of research and then emailed Trillium. Nicole got right back to me and scheduled a fitting. Trillium’s space is elegant and well-appointed with convenient, validated parking. All I can say is that it was fun, relaxing and she immediately saw all of the small details my previous tailor would find and fix. No wonder all of their Google reviews are 5 stars (FYI, in my experience, a 1 star in a sea of 5 stars usually means the person is not being reasonable). Although it’s a bit of a commute for me to drive from north Seattle to downtown Bellevue, it is well worth it.To quote from the film “A Good Year” on finding a tailor and not allowing them to get too busy for you….“More important than the suit itself, is the man who fits it for you. Once you find a good tailor, you must never give his name away - not even under the threat of bodily harm”

I seriously can not say enough great things about Nicole at Trillium. I approached her to make a custom shirt for my partner, without him even being there! She looked at a picture of him and I took some measurements and chose the fabric. She magically created an absolutely stunning shirt without even seeing him!! And she is so good about even helping to choose fabric based on his personality.I can't say enough good things about Nicole, her stellar work, her shop and great personality.We now have an annual tradition of getting a custom birthday shirt made. She makes it such a fun and memorable experience as well as producing the best work I've ever seen!Highly recommend!

The tailor here does phenomenal work. I had three blazers tailored, and I knew it was a particularly challenging job. I was impressed with the results. I'll be going back here.

Do not trust this place with your wedding gowns. All three layers of this dress were originally equal length which gently and elegantly cascaded into the small train. This is a hack job, there are several other parts with similar pieces of tool simply cut off and this delicate fabric was snagged many times. The damages are beyond repair.

I only tailor my cloth at Trillium because they not only have the best people to make precise adjustments but also provide professional design suggestions by local designer! They make all my cloth customized to the perfect fit for me!!

Brought a couple suits in that were too big and they were able to fit it to my body perfectly, very clean finishes and can’t tell I had it tailored came out amazing, liked it so much I ordered a custom made suit can’t wait to see it, staff is very professional and friendly and took care of all my needs, my new suit store!!! I took a bridesmaid dress to this tailor, based on the great reviews posted online. I needed the dress taken in, hemmed, and bra cups sewn in. I was told that the dress would be ready in 7-10 days, and was given an estimate for the price of the work. When I had not heard from the business by 14 days I called, and was told that my dress still needed a few more adjustments. When I was finally able to pickup the dress, the bra cups were sewn in upside down and the final price was 75$ over the estimate. I had to wait to have the bra cups resewn correctly. The dress was taken in at my natural waist, but not at the hips. It still looks like it is a size too big. I am extremely disappointed in the quality of work, and I would not recommend this tailor.

Outstanding work and professionalism!!!! I brought in a Hakama for alterations I use for Aikido. The stitching was exceptional and will hold up to the abuse this garment will endure. I am so impressed with their work and kindness I will go back for a custom suit for my wedding. Highly recommend this place. Thank you.

Outstanding service. I was attending a conference in the hotel and one of my suit jacket buttons broke in half. They found a replacement and repaired it on the spot.

Beware Brides! TAKE DETAILED PICTURES OF YOUR DRESS BEFORE YOU LET THIS BUSINESS TOUCH IT! A week ago my daughter posted a review about the damage that was done to my Wtoo wedding gown. The owner Nicole reached out to me quicky after I called to complain about my gown and asked if I would bring it in, so I did. She proclaimed that it was fixable so I left my dress in her hands. A couple days later I was called back into store. When I arrived I was welcomed to my dress in its same butchered condition. When I asked why wasn't the dress fixed they respond with... the tailors are not admitting to cutting the hem, and they had the audacity to pass the blame on me when they know for a fact, I bought a perfect beautiful gown. Knowing how unsatisfied I was and what a nightmare this has been, they let me leave with my still damaged gown no discount or refund and they also requested that I remove these very honest reviews.

This place is amazing and the people who work here were nothing but helpful and patient with me! I bought a dress in California and brought it up to get it altered since I was getting married in Washington. I showed them everything that was wrong with the dress and they were able to work with me on the alterations and such! My wedding dress came back to me practically brand new! Definitely recommend this place for any alterations and customized additions!
