Sharon and Jenny were super helpful. I would definitely go back and make a purchase again. They were patient in helping us find the right bag and perfume for us! This is our first Tory Burch purchase which I wouldn’t have made without their help.

Leeann is the only nice and professional sales person I will shop with in this store. Other sales people are nightmare to a customer. If you need some help for pick up gift or find a right dress for your special event go to Leeann.

Leeann is the only sales who’s sincerely welcome customer and help with her professional knowledge with the brand. In the other hand, Kam the store manger who is never been friendly to customer and always give the attitude to customer s. Since he become the manger that store is died water to me.

Horrible sales service for a high end designer brand. The girl sales and the guy sales just stood there staring not even greeting or offering help. The girl associate was not friendly at all when we asked her about a purse. Seriously improve your guy’s training, so unacceptable.

Awful sales ruined my mood. I was here shopping for a gift. The sales woman was indifferent and cold to us. I ended up buying a pair of shoes. The sales just handed over the bag and pass over me without saying anything. She left me behind so I was not even sure if I’m good to go or she is to grab something and I need to wait. She left us unattended while chatting with another sales. Will never buy any from this store again and don’t recommend anyone to shop here.

I'm quite fond of buying gifts from this establishment because of the excellent quality of their products. However, my experience with their online customer service has led me to give them a 1-star rating. Despite opting for next-day delivery at the time of purchase, my order was delayed. Unfortunately, the customer service team did not offer to refund the additional fees I incurred for next-day shipping. While I recommend shopping in-store, I would advise against making purchases online due to the poor customer service experience I encountered.

The sales here are not trained well.I brought two pairs of shoes in front of a sales and asked her what their differences are. She just said, they are different color (one is pink and one is black). I almost rolled my eyes. I told her, they are different materials (one is leather and one is not). Then, she said, oh, let me ask another sales. Then, the other sales replied, one is leather, one is not. I explained that I bought other Tory Burch shoes as well, if they are not the mini ballet leather one, they will scratch my feet. I want to know what their real differences are, but they couldn't answer, just said, leather is smoother.Honestly, Tory Burch's products varied from hundreds to thousand dollars. It's kind of a luxury brand, and I'm truly disappointed with the staff's working attitude and their product knowledge.

The person who was there to help named GENI had terrible service. The first time I came in he treated me in a very bad way. I didn't want to say anything to him at that moment because I thought he was having a bad day but I came back 8 days later when I came in I smiled and Greetings, when he looked at my profile, his attitude was different. I think he doesn't like Hispanic people. He feels rejected, so I won't return to that place.

Went in today on a busy day and I understood it was gonna be a wait to be helped, but there were a couple groups that walked in after us and we were ignored while walking around and trying to get help for plenty of time while groups after a us got immediate help and associates went right up to them as they entered welcoming them.Ultimately couldn’t get any of my questions answered and then none of the associates took the time to try to sell a thing, so I didn’t purchase the thing I went into even buy.

I have to say a very disappointing experience. I just needed to do an exchange and the sales clerk was less than accommodating. Shop Tory Burch regularly and have never had a problem until today. Ugh!
