it is a wonderful place to shop for great deals on a wide variety of items. My recent visit was quite satisfying, and I found several excellent bargains that made the trip worthwhile.
The store is clean and well-organized, making it easy to browse through the different sections. Whether you're looking for clothing, home goods, beauty products, or accessories, T.J. Maxx offers a diverse selection. I was particularly impressed with the home decor section, which had a range of stylish and affordable items that added a fresh touch to my space.

the checkout lines can get a bit long during peak hours. While the staff work efficiently to keep things moving, a few more cashiers during busy times would help speed up the process.

With its clean, well-organized layout, friendly staff, and fantastic deals, it's a go-to spot for bargain hunters and fashion enthusiasts alike. I highly recommend it and will definitely be returning for more great finds!

Great merchandise but cleaning and maintaining displays is definitely not a priority. Looked like the last day of a 3 day slumber party with 7 year olds! Ironically if management doesn't care no one else will either.

Don’t go to this store if you want passive aggressive employees who find it appropriate to stare you down, lie to you about what time it is and be proud of being outright rude to customers.
I worked this holiday weekend, Saturday and Sunday, planning a party for my friend and dont get to shop earlier in the day thanks to my work schedule.
I popped into this store to quickly scan for items I wanted, lucked out but found a hair bow set I liked, was deciding between the two accessory sets. While I was doing that, the elderly store associate with white grey hair who works behind the jewelry counter was just staring me down hard, huffing and puffing, miming a watch motion and then finally told me, “ didnt you hear the announcement, its 8!” It was 7:50 when she told me this by the way. I told the store employee that it was unproductive for her to stare at me and it was making it hard for me to shop. She rolled her eyes and continued to stare hard at me. I rushed into line because I didnt want to be inconsiderate and around her any longer, but then decided to make a complaint. The manager was standing by the door, right next to where the jewelry counter was and stared away from me, never looking once at me. I asked him if he saw what happened, he was within earshot of the conversation, first, he ignored me. Then i asked again and he said he wasn’t paying attention. He clearly didn’t care.
So I check out and ask an employee if they had anyone else I could complained to, and was pointed to another woman. So I go to speak with her and the employee who was behind the jewelry counter comes over, then listens in on my complaint and shouts proudly “yes it was me, I was the one staring at her. And I dont care because she was late.” Whoever I was speaking with was clearly uncomfortable and apologetic but this is just not behavior of adults. I left at 8:02. I came into the store at 7:30, if I wasn’t dealing with this rude store employee and their apathetic manager, I would have been on my way home a lot sooner. Harassing your customers isnt the way to go.
I do want to point out two things: there were other customers who were still in the store after I checked out, I have found that the younger store employees have better manners than their senior counterparts.
This is why people shop amazon. To avoid interactions like this.

The DMV of TJ Maxx. It is always break time on the floor. More conversations between employees at check out, than patrons being checked out. If you have an extra hour to wait for nothing come by.

We lost our cart while shopping, and when we went to get our cart, it was gone. Looked for 20 minutes until my dad spotted the manager with our cart. We asked for our cart and she talked to us like children and said that it's not okay to leave our cart when we are older than she is. She then threatened to steal our bags next time we leave our cart. When we finally got our cart she spent the rest of our time there glaring at us and whispering to her employees. Place is fine, but management horrible. 0/10, never coming here again.
