I’m giving these guys 5 stars because they’ll cut you custom shoelaces for cheaper than you can get knock-offs on Amazon, whereas other mall retailers will laugh you out the door. Hopefully I’m not the only pet owner who cares about this.

Excellent store, they changed the shoes without any problems and gave a refund. I would like to note the very polite staff, Teresa and John are very knowledgeable employees. They were very polite and kind. Thank you!

I wanted to purchase another pair of Tim’s for my sons. The first staff person to greet me was helpful and asked if I needed assistance. However, while I was browsing, a different staff person asked two of my sons to get up from the seats they were resting in so another customer could try a pair of shoes on. There were other open seats so I’m not sure why they were told to get up. I understand when the store get busy that everyone should make room, but they were going to try shoes on as well. I felt it was rude so we left. A negative impression resonates with us therefore I will either shop at another location or buy online, if I do at all.

Timberland was my favorite store for outdoor/ hiking boots. However, I learnt recently that Timberland continues their business in Russia, what means they pay taxes and support Russian war against Ukraine. I will never ever buy any shoes from Timberland! Shame on them for supporting Putin by paying taxes in Russia!

Nice store, lots of options. Has larger sizes that some other stores might not have. If you turn in your old Timbs they will give you 20% off of new ones

Nice store with a good selection of merchandise. Everything is displayed nicely and the service we received on our visit was friendly and efficient. We knew what we wanted so there wasn't much to be done other than try them on and lay, which we did. Happy with the product and the overall experience.

The store is kept clean and organized. The cashier was kind and helpful. Made the exchange process smooth and simple. Even let us walk out wearing the pair just in time for date night ?

I went there expecting to find a greater variety of timberland boots, but turns out other stores have more variety. The service also was not good, I had to ask 3 attendants to try a pair of boots ?

Was slightly disappointed with the variety of footwear available at the store. Even though I didn't get what i was looking for, they were offering big discounts as it was the black friday weekend and the staff was pretty helpful as well.

Wasted a 20 min trip. They say they close at 9pm. Arrived at 8:15pm and they are closed. Needed to pick up a Christmas gift that was time sensitive. Disappointed.

The customer service here was on point. I went in with my husband to have him try a pair of Timberland boots he's been wanting. The customer service associate was very helpful and friendly. Definitely will go back here when we need to purchase again. There is a large selection of Timberland brand apparel for men and women.
