My husband and I stepped into the mall to wait out traffic and just have a nice walk around. When I tell you we are broke newly weds settling into our mid twenties I mean, we look it too.
We had recently watched Breakfast at Tiffany’s and decided to poke our heads in the shop knowing we didn’t belong in there, but wanted to check out a real life shop like the movie.
A store clerk excitedly welcomed us in. We timidly looked at everything, and the same sales clerk, introduced herself and started showing us everything. Her name is Athena :) We made it even clearer by letting her know we couldn’t afford anything and she made it clear she didn’t mind that, and was happy to show us anything we’d like just for fun! She let me try on stuff and told us all about it. She was so happy, bright and cheerful.
She never pushed us to buy anything. She said she also couldn’t afford what we were looking at and laughed with us. We had the best time ever and agreed that if we strike it rich, we’ll be back. :) thank you for having us! You made our day!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Asian girl at the store. I was repeatedly ignored despite asking for help multiple times. After the third attempt, the consultant finally acknowledged me but mentioned she was busy and could only quickly answer my question. I asked about the price of a product I was interested in purchasing, and she simply replied that the price was the same as listed online. This unhelpful response left me without any real assistance. I left the store without making a purchase and with a very bad impression. This kind of customer service is unacceptable

Sales representative pretended like a certain lower priced item did not exist in order to upsell a similar but much more expensive item. Shady selling practices that lack a lot of transparency. Staff was either not knowledgeable about the products or pretended to not know to upsell expensive items. Frustrating experience. Do not recommend.

My wife and I didn’t have the best experience at our first Tiffany & Co., but our second one was the opposite.
Kitty was our representative, and she was awesome. She is very kind and patient! We enjoyed her personality, and if we were going to be in WA, we would certainly request her again.
We decided on a simple bracelet, which she sized quickly and easily!

Yesterday, my friend and I went to Tiffany's at Bellevue Square and the experience was simply PERFECT... my friend and I felt like royalty. Our client advisor (Ms. Sonya J.) made our visit there so very special - and she was knowledgeable about each diamond ring and tanzanite necklace that she showed to us. My friend and I loved every moment at Tiffany's yesterday!!!

I was just right there looking for to buy earrings. Unfortunately, the sales only said hello and didn’t try anything else to earn my business. I wonder they really judged people by the look or whatever. Sorry I don’t look rich enough but I do have quite a bit of Tiffany stuff. I guess I will just order online and not let the sales there make commission from me moving forward.

Marla is an angel on earth.Stopped in to look at a couple different pieces I was thinking about putting on my Christmas wish list. Marla approached and quickly won me over with her great interaction with my toddler. We vibed well and she showed me the pieces I was mulling over as well as indulging my dream of trying on the beautiful Lock bracelet. I had a wonderful experience and will be returning strictly for Marla's amazing self.

My family, and I, had been shopping for majority of a Sunday, trying to find a birthday present for our mom, and to no avail. Sure, we found several beautiful potential gifts, but we just didn’t “love” it. And like a wise man once said, “if you don’t love it, don’t buy it.” So, keeping that in mind, as a one last stop, we decided to check out Tiffany’s. And it was the best decision! Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly by staff and helped right away by Eric. Ask for Eric - he is kind, thoughtful, friendly, enthusiastic, and awesome! He helped us find the perfect birthday present for our mom, within our price range (a gorgeous gold necklace). It was a respite, after a long day of shopping, to finally find something instantaneously, and which we all absolutely loved! We have Eric to thank for this because he was keen at listening to our needs and he has great taste! Overall, we had an excellent experience and all the staff was wonderful, and treated us very well. I highly recommend this location, and we will definitely be returning customers. Thank you Eric and Tiffany staff! :)

I was just at the store looking for a wedding band. I approached a gentleman and he said, let me get someone to help you. He then went to the back, never came back and never got anyone. I stood there for 10 minutes waiting to be helped. Fast forward another 5, another couple walks in and this lady who has clearly seen me wait for a bit walks over to them and helps them out before me. Just poor customer service overall. It has been very disappointing.

They know more about fine jewelry than anyone you’ll ever meet, and they’re attentive and will help you find exactly the right item.Marla helped me pick out my wife’s engagement ring. She helped me identify the right cut, setting, and metal, all within the budget I set. In fact, she went further and helped me find the EXACT stone. You see, I wanted a stone that weighed precisely 1.31 carats because my first date with my wife was on January 31st. That little detail became the most important characteristic of the ring to my wife. Yes it’s a beautiful ring, but that one attribute makes the ring perfectly unique.Since then, I have purchased several pieces from the Hardware collection, along with our wedding bands.These ladies are the reason I keep coming back, and will continue as long as they work at this location.
