The Wide Format has done a great job with every order I had placed! The customer service, the lead times and the quality of work definitely deserves a 5 star rating from me and the company I work for, LBC Bakery Equipment! They had printed a bunch of pull up banners, flags and a photo booth frame for our tradeshow booths.We will continue to do business with them and highly suggest anyone that is in need of graphic prints for banners or signage, give them a call! From the sign quality to the customer service to installation I would give this company 10 stars if I could. The entire process was amazing! Alexis is fantastic and even drove out to see our sign for an estimate to ensure she was accurate. Easy and professional and the service and response was above and beyond. Using Wide Format during our office move and during the holidays was a life saver! Highly recommend! Don't waste your time with estimates and vendors who are not responsive. Go with Wide Format you will be happy!

We submitted a quote request and they called back almost instantly and had a tech out to us on the same day. Our tech (Erin) was incredibly informative, helpful, and kind! I think the pricing was extremely reasonable and will absolutely be giving them my business again in the future.

We have done business with the Wide Format Company for years in different capacities. Initially they put logos on our vehicles and did a fantastic job. For years they printed plan copies for our construction company and displayed fantastic customer service. They then also sold us a commercial grade 4000XL plotter and have maintained it for us impeccably. They recently relocated the plotter for us to our new office and did a great job. I highly recommend the many services that the Wide Format Company offers.

Wide Format Company is amazing! Lisa is so helpful, super responsive ,and always achieves our requests with absolute outstanding service. Great customer service! We ended up getting there as they were closing up and they still allowed us to get our prints done. They did it quickly and affordably, and were even helpful in instructing us on what size and quality would be best for what we needed done. Great professionals, highly recommend!
