Customer service sucks. Most of the stuff is way over priced which makes sense for the area. Also don’t sell your shoes here they will lowball you and they will sell them for 4x the Amount but is business is business I guess

If you want to run a business, especially being one of the only sneaker shops in bellevue, your staff needs to change their attitudes. I shouldn't feel like your staff hates me when I walk in, and that's how I felt. Wanted to make a couple trades and purchases. I asked guy at the counter "are these the only sizes you guys carry in these particular shoes?" Guy legit replied with "I don't know. Probably." It was in that moment I knew I wasn't doing business here.

The staff were so arrogant and did not bother to help and even though I bring the new one he denied that they were used and when I looked at the Instagram ,they tried to sell it higher price keep fooling the people..

Went to Ablaj at the Bellevue Mall during my stay in Seattle super dope store I was greeted by Ahmed who by the way is a super chill dude very kind and had great conversations! Helped me find a shoe that suits me which turned out to be the Gold Medal Kobes! Please when you’re in the area make sure to stop by and see Ahmed who hooked me up highly recommend it! ??✨?

I had a great experience in Ablaj. I was skeptical because there were many reviews saying prices were unfair but I was surprised how competitive their prices were for a storefront. Exclusive sneakers are an expensive hobby & a luxury. I checked a few shoe prices on StockX & after fees, Ablaj pricing was about the same, or less even. One of the employees also took the time to show me their website which is a live update of their inventory, I thought that was pretty helpful. Great store, will be back soon.

Definitely recommend everyone to shop here, up to date on most releases and don’t charge and arm and a leg like most resellers. Really cool dudes here at the store. They are reasonable/Affordable prices.
Bought some military blue 4’s for my daughter and was willing to help out a little!

Great store, great prices, and good customer support. I bought Jordan 1 Patent Breds and they sold them to me for $360 (stockx price after shipping and allat $354). They also put them on hold for me which was nice.. So great prices, didn't over charge at all and were happy to work with me on the price. ??

Great vibe and energy from the moment we walked in the store. Very helpful staff, the female UW student is DARLING and the guy getting married on 5/10 in Portland is GREAT. Thank you both! I have no clue about prices of these types of shoes but was fine paying a lot of money for the retro cement Jordan 3 (I think that's the name... ??♀️) because my fiancée has been looking for them for years and found 'em here. BINGO! He tried on the unwrapped shoe and MONEY! He wanted 'em and he got 'em! ?? Yeah, it was a lot of ?, but about the same as online prices and these were in-hand ???! Thanks for a great experience and product!
