The exterior grounds of this dumpy site are revolting. There is trash everywhere. I have attempted to call their number and nobody answers. I will complain to the City of Bellevue.There should be ZERO stars given to this rating, but that is not an option.AVOID THIS FILTHY PLACE

I am an ex manager of The Court At Crossroads Apartments. Having worked 20 plus years there. I just drove through the compex, and was very disappointed. Grounds were trashed. Mechanical work being done on vehicles. There has been a change in management, but this condition needs attention. I spoke with a tenant and he said the new manager is very rude. I hope after those 20 plus years of hard work, the eye sore condition will be corrected.

The worst customer service experience ever. When I called to check about availability and express genuine interest I was spoken to like they were doing me a favor by answering. I got cut off by answering we don't have anything available for april or may or further. Really ? Not even a call list, how can you look as far out as may when the notice period is 1 month.I am glad they don't have anything available, if I can feel hostility over the phone, imagine that in person.
