I ordered some boxes online that were a good price to pick up. The store is okay, not my type of store for the most part. I felt I had to wait a long time to get my order. They were very busy, maybe understaffed.

I was so pleased with the assistance I received from EVELYN for Closet Organization for a condo that my son recently moved into. She was very knowledgable and efficient and helpful in finding the right choices. She is an asset to the store. I would always recommend using her.

Arrived at a scheduled appointment and received 15 minutes of design planning and was told to walk around and come back. The hour was up and the assigned lady had no design and then send me a design that was basically 3 premade units and lots of gap several feet apart. Their staff needs training. Don’t buy or waste your time with this closet system. The product they has I store is good quality just their staff doesn’t know how to make a good quality design for their system. Below is the attached plan they sent me of their masterpiece.

Always 5 stars for container store. This is a huge place with anything container related you could possibly need. They have a million storage solutions but office organization supplies, kitchen supplies, etc. prices are pretty steep but you’ll never feel more organized. Also they have a bathroom here that you don’t need a code for. Never super crowded, even on weekends, so checkout moves quickly.
