Toured this apartment building recently. Shamaar Thomas, the leasing consultant who gave me the tour, was outstanding. He listened to my needs and what I’m looking for in an apartment and showed me available units that met my criteria. He was very professional, friendly, thorough, and very helpful. I would consider moving into the building just because of the level of service and attention to detail Shamaar Thomas provided because I know firsthand that the type of management service a building has can make living in that building really great or really bad.

We just moved into this building and have nothing but wonderful experience. The concierge, leasing, and maintenance teams that we have interacted with are professional and passionate about their work. I especially wanted to give a shout out to G from the maintenance team. I logged three tickets on the same day and he showed up shortly and resolved all of them in one go! He communicates clearly and is meticulous in his tasks. He is also a fantastic problem-solver and will go above and beyond to make sure all issues are properly addressed and resolved.

I've lived here since March of this year and have had a great experience so far. We live in the north tower and are facing building construction and have had no complains regarding noise.
The building is always clean and they have the best staff of any apartment I've lived in before. I've only had to call maintanance twice so far, and both times they have come in less than 24 hours.
Special shout out to G from the maintanance team who came in on Sunday to take of our request - super friendly dude who went above and beyond to make sure it was taken care of. He even came back to follow up the next day to make sure everything was perfect.
Before moving here, I had a spreadsheet every single apartment building in downtown Bellevue and finally decided to live here after a ton of research (talking to people in the area, google reviews, yelp reviews, and reddit). I'm glad I made the decision to move here and plan on staying for a while.

moved here six months ago and it’s genuinely been an amazing experience. the team members are so responsive, friendly, and helpful, including the maintenance team, Sam and Gio especially! the team was so helpful when we were moving in by helping us move heavy boxes up to our room and holding onto packages for us before we had relocated there.
it is a bit on the expensive side, but you really get what you pay for. location is great, the people are great, and i genuinely love my apartment pls don’t raise rent too much ahahaha ah aha i want to stay here lolol

Gio and Sam with maintenance are literally the best! We consider Gio a friend, as we run into him so much! Both him and Sam are so kind, patient, and friendly. Just awesome to have around the property and very trustworthy to have in your home doing maintenance even when we’re not there. They’ve helped us many times, most recently in fixing our dryer. They were so dedicated they took a day to do some research on the problem before coming back to fix! We love them.

Just want to give a shout out for G & Sam who always fix what needs fixing with a smile. G came up this morning and fixed 3 different things for us, all taken care of just hours after we reported them. Sam has been up many times and taken care of things and always goes the extra mile to make sure things are done right.

Absolutely horror place to live. Management violates fair housing laws on a regular basis, increase rents based on if they like or dislike the resident and most of them drink on the job on a fairly regular basis as well.

We had a persistent clog in our shower drain, and G from the maintenance team came to our rescue. G quickly identified the issue and efficiently cleared the drain. He was courteous, respectful of our home, and ensured everything was spotless before he left. We are incredibly thankful for G's outstanding service.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Bravern Apartments and I was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of the experience.
From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted by friendly and professional staff who made me feel right at home until our agent arrived. The concierge host even provided us with valuable insights about the area, which was especially helpful since we are from Dallas and know very little about Bellevue or Washington. She also introduced us to the best bubble tea on Earth!
The leasing agent, Shamaar Thomas was exceptionally knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions, making sure I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision.
We started with tours of the amenities, followed by the apartments. The fitness center was well-equipped with state-of-the-art machines, perfect for staying in shape without having to leave the building. The rooftop terrace offered breathtaking views of the city and looked like the ideal spot to relax or entertain friends. The lounge areas and meeting rooms were cozy and inviting, especially the garden patio area!
The apartments themselves were stunning. The open floor plan made the space feel incredibly spacious and inviting. The kitchen had a modern feel. The natural light streaming in through the large windows made the whole apartment feel warm and bright.
The location of the complex is also fantastic, situated in a vibrant neighborhood with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. Most importantly, it is close to my job! Despite being in such a central location, the apartment complex felt like a peaceful oasis away from the city.
Overall, my visit to the Bravern exceeded all of my expectations. I was thoroughly impressed with Shamaar – his personality, candor, professionalism, helpfulness, and recommendations made for an exceptional tour experience. Moving to a new state is intimidating, but touring with Shamaar made me feel right at home. He took his time, was patient with all of my questions, and “sold” me on the place without “selling” me. He never pressured me to make a decision. The property sold itself.
We visited two other complexes, and they all mentioned the Bravern as a “noteworthy competitor”, and rightfully so! The hospitality alone is worth more than a thousand words!
I highly recommend scheduling a visit if you’re looking for a new home—you won't be disappointed!

As Premier Concierge, Alan Soto has consistently provided exceptional service over the years, from start to finish. He has always been professional, attentive, and gone above and beyond to meet our needs. Attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction has always been evident throughout our entire residency. We strongly recommend that Alan be promoted from Premier Concierge to Residential Service Manager. This will ensure that the service to its residents is maintained at the highest level by Bravern Management.

A shout-out for our above and beyond, Alan, concierge extraordinaire. When we moved here from out of state, who helped us handle all the moving minutia? Alan! Who answered all our newbie questions with tons of valuable info and quickly? Alan. Who made us feel like long lost friends every time we saw him? Yep, Alan. When we got the plague, who made sure we had everything we needed to hunker down properly? Alan. He leads and sets an example for every concierge so that anything we need is accomplished seamlessly. A major part of why The Bravern IS The Bravern is due to Alan’s hard work and leadership. If you live here you know exactly what I mean. If you don’t live here yet, when you do (and you should) you will get to look forward to excellent concierge (and maintenance and leasing office) services.

The Bravern team is awesome! I've been living here for a little more than a year and whenever I've contacted the leasing office or concierge, they have always been very supportive.
Kudos to Alan too! He will always greet you with a smile when you visit the office.
