Horrible customer service. I used self check out since there was no cashiers and there was no worker in sight. I even pressed the help button and after 10 minutes I had no help. So I checked out and went to find a worker to remove the security tag. Overall, I am not sure if it’s short staffed or just workers who do not want to do customer service.

This is a Target Express. Minimal selection on many items. That’s fine if I know in advance but without the express name there is no way to know. Also everything is locked up, so don’t bother with anything besides food.

The majority of the employees who work at the front counter are incredibly rude. They don't acknowledge customers standing in line and just keep doing anything, except for helping the customers. Once they do decide to help, they have a condescending tone and a rude demeanor, as if your getting in their way of doing stuff. Providing customer service at the front desk is what that front desk is for. Why are we having to wait and being treated poorly when asking for help. Might be good to look into how your customers are being treated by your employees.

The most understaffed target you’ll ever encounter. Nobody to unlock items and there seemed to be only one poor employee doing everything while I was waiting in line to pay.

Why is there one lane open on a Saturday? Line is backed up to the back of the store, there is 10 checkout lanes and only 1 is open.

Phone data doesn't work very well, making it difficult to log into the target website and getting access codes for gift cards.

If you decide to put everything inside locked shelf, at least hire enough workers to unlock them.
