The worst shopping experience!!!
My sister had an appointment with the Bellevue Square location associate Kristen this morning. No call no show . My sister called that store a few times, no one answered.
The items saved on her basket were solid out this afternoon. She was so disappointed. My sister was being honest and stupid, want to help that associate get the credit point instead of order herself online.
Having this kind of employee affected the company image and we don’t even want to see that sale associate at that store again.

Today I had such a great experience shopping at Talbots Bellevue Square. Irene waited on me and she was wonderful and SO helpful. The other woman was very pleasant too. Both ladies were so attentive to each person and they went above and beyond. I am going to shop here more often. I only wish there was a store closer to me. It is the only store in the greater Seattle area.

We shopped at Talbots during the Black Friday sale. I bought 3 separates that were two pj tops and one bottom. The sales associate did not put in the pj bottom into my bag and we did not notice this until we came back to Canada. We called the Bellevue store twice and they did try to send the pj bottoms to me twice-once from the store and once from the online shop. Both orders went through my credit card and then were cancelled as the Haven line which I purchased does not ship to Canada. The two pj tops which I had purchased as a gift were returned to the Canadian store which advised me that they could not sell the Haven product and it needed to be shipped back to the US.

The clothes at Talbots are incredible. Well made, with a variety of materials, and sizes. With that said, the customer service was less than desirable. We were in the store for 27 minutes, not one person greeted us or asked if we needed assistance. I had to ask for it, and when I did, they acted as if it was a chore. I was going to shop for myself, but due to my experience I passed and went to a different shop, and ordered online from Talbots. The other person I was with needed specific items and needed them quickly, so she purchased a few things. I have shopped at Talbots for a very long time at different locations across the country, I've always had great customer service, the experience at this location is less than desirable. I won't be going back.

I’ve been shopping at this location some time, and all the time associates here not friendly- several times I was notated without smiles and was feeling like it was my personal fault that clothes don’t fit me, it is ridiculous! Will stop shopping at this location and don’t recommend. If you like Talbots shop online

Because the store is so small, there isn't the selection of a departments store, but there was a decent enough selection for my tastes.

Really cute unique Style. I found a bag here and matching gloves. It was decently priced an absolutely high quality not to mention the employees are so nice.

Just an update for those thinking Talbots in Bellevue Square has closed this is not true. I did try to visit the store on Thursday March 5, 2020 during regular business hours and found the store closed. No note on the door and all lights out. I phoned the local store and left a message inquiring what the hours of operation were going to be. I later saw in Yelp that others had reported the store closed. I received a phone call today from a Talbots staff member explaining a last minute corporate email instructed them to close for deep cleaning purposes due to the recent virus that has surfaced around the nation. Please understand this was purely out of an abundance of caution and no staff member or threat of illness has surfaced at the store. So...long story short..Talbots Bellevue Square location is still open and operating under normal business hours. Yay!! Thank you Talbots Bellevue Square for taking the time to return my call. I will see you soon!
