After dealing with an absolutely horrible experience at the Issaquah location regarding the purchase of a new phone, I came to the Bellevue Square location frustrated and was prepared to leave T-Mobile for another carrier if the issue was unable to be resolved. The whole team at the Bellevue location was incredibly helpful and reassuring. Ashley especially was an INCREDIBLE help, and guided me through the whole process of purchasing my new phone and getting everything set up. She also helped me find a new case, screen protector, protection plan, etc. She was personable and I was so happy with my experience, that I left the store with my attitude towards T-Mobile having done a complete reversal. Ashley and the team at the Bellevue location retained a customer for years to come today. Thank you guys!!

I've been a customer of T mobile for more than 20 years. For the past few years, customer service been outsourced. No quality whatsoever and the worst part is that outsourced call centers dont care about integrity of the company and let go customers to competitors without hesitation. T Mobile has been charging me for the service I never used for more than a year. I did a tryout and didn't work for me. Especially, the person who tried to set up the service was not knowledgeable. Three times I called T Mobile about this matter during this span. Nothing has been resolved, until 3rd time. Only then they gave me a favor and after 2 months issued me a refund for 6 months. For other months they are not willing to refund. I stopped paying bill and they suspended my service. On this plan I have both of my parents, who are elderly and have no communication. I asked customer service numerous of times to escalate the issue and resolve it, so I can continue use T mobile service and pay on time, how I did in the past. Nobody contacted me. A few supervisors tried to help. Promised me call backs. Nothing was done. For more than 2 weeks we have no communication. That is how T mobile pays back on loyalty of more than 20 years of dedication with them. Be aware. They won't try to help. They will turn around and will make you a guilty party. I have tried to contact headquarters. The outsourcing company, which is over seas wont connect you. I will do my best to sue T mobile for elderly abuse of seniors, who require medical attention, leaving them without ability to contact their doctors. Don't stay with a company, which doesn't respect customers and have no fair approach to issues they created themselves.

I went there to order/setup an Apple Watch for my kid, and I’m extremely happy with Jerry from t-mobile. Not only is he a nice person to chat with, but his professionalism also made the entire process really easy and quick.

Not very helpful. My plan supposed to have two phones for free but I only asked for one without knowing the special offer. The guy supposed to tell me about it but he didn't. Disappointed.

I am so disappointed with Tmobile and there is no way to contact them via email, so I am posting here. I contacted them to tell them that I was transferring to Verizon. They didn't even ask me why or try to save me a long time customer??? I tried logging in to pay my last bill, but was not able to do so. They sent me a bill for $574, what the hell. I still don't know what this charge is for. I have so many disappointing words to say and you can only contact them through chat, what a joke or by calling??? What the hell, we will see if anyone contacts me??

T-mobile is a awful company to deal with they do not have good communication between departments, will tell you anything to get a sale, and lie profusely to hook you in. I've been sold a load of rubish double billed last month for my internet and they think that I'm stupid enough to listen to their circular reasoning and lies when they offer you a credit don't believe them the next representative will tell you it's for something else that they legally owe you and then bill you some more bad service and it's getting expensive enough now that I wish I had never switched.

Mike was extremely helpfully. I had to transition my plan, add a new watch and handset line and then upgrade two lines. All of this took two days to get done (my fault not Mikes) and he was very helpful and informative throughout each step of the process. He even found a way for me to get the best deal on my new phone possible which went a long way with me. Hands down, Mike is a solid employee and great worker. Will definitely be coming back to work with him in the future.

I went in yesterday Mike was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend seeing him and Sunny (another sales associate) . Sunny was able to help with the transaction even when he was gone for the day already. Great experience I would go back and work with Mike and Sunny in a heart beat!

Ashley at your Bellevue Square Store is a jewel that T-Mobile should keep at any cost. She has a great personality that resonates with customers of artistic background, she is pleasant to work with even under stress, able to multitask to an amazing degree. Thank you Ashley! Also, the manager at the same store is great too. It was the best experience we’d had at the T-Mobile stores. Keep it up!

Great location, we were having some issues creating an account and Jerry Wong went above and beyond to make sure we were able to have everything working correctly.Highly recommended, especially if you can get Jerry Wong, fantastic customer service by him!

I am currently sitting outside at the Bellevue store store and I have been sitting here since 10 o’clock. It is now 1030.. I saw an employee go in at 10 o’clock he did not say anything did not acknowledge me. if the store open at 10, it should be open at 10 not 1030 not 11 management really needs to fix this. I am already pressed for time and now I have to continue to wait. Jersey Mike’s is next-door they say they open at 10 also and they are open customers going in customers going out t-Mobile could really learn something from Jersey Mike’s. Clearly their employees was here before 10 o’clock so they could open their doors at 10. it is now 1040 and T-Mobile is still not open.

I was recently helped by Egi Bakiu at the Bellevue Square location. Purchasing/upgrading a phone can feel like buying a car, painful and full of surprises. Egi was patient, explained how things worked, the timeline, what to expect. I ended up switching carriers and upgrading my phone. Ana the store manager and Egi really do provide a great experience. I was forced to move to T-Mobile when Sprint merged with them. I have to say it was the worst thing ever. Customer service isn't good, and now even my plan has changed. I used to have full speed hotspot, but now I barely get it at 3G and I have unlimited 5G speed with my phone. Now I might just go over to Google Fi. Not sure if I have a reason to stay with T-Mobile.
