Had my car towed here and when I went to get it back, someone went through my car. Also left my keys on the dash as a police officer requested and tow driver never took notice of it and left the key in the car and when someone went through my car must’ve found it and took it. Can’t even have your property safe guarded with thieves lurking around.

They were willing to answer questions and the man there was polite about answering those questions!! Unlike Lincoln Towing!!! I thought their rates were very high!!

Overpriced for regular tows, and actually lied to me about charging me nearly $900 for a 3-day impound and tried claiming that those were police rates; I'm bad at math but the Seattle rate of $15.50 every 12 hours doesn't seem like it would add up to over $800 in that little amount of time. The cherry on top, the tow operator damaged my vehicle dropping it down for me! I yelled and called it out and the driver tried to claim it was already there, but at the time I didn't have the energy. There are more honest towing services in town that will handle your car better and for a cheaper price.

I just dealt with an extremely rude driver. So unprofessional. I am not sure what set him off but he acted like a child. I hope nobody has to deal with him again.

Not only did my vehicle suffer further damage to its tires during the towing process, but I was also taken aback by the lack of accountability and customer service in handling the situation.While I understand that my tires were already damaged prior to the towing, it is essential to note that it was your responsibility to ensure the safety and well-being of my vehicle during transport. The fact that my tires incurred additional damage during the towing process indicates a lapse in the care and professionalism that I had expected from your towing service.I am equally disheartened by the lack of an apology or expression of regret on your part. As a customer, I believe I deserve an acknowledgment of the inconvenience and distress this situation has caused. A simple apology can go a long way in demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction and fostering trust.I hope you understand the importance of addressing customer concerns and taking responsibility for any shortcomings in service. These guys are awesome! They work really fast and care about the treatment of your car! I know who to call if I need a tow ect ever!The guys also cared about my son being interested in the way they were towing my car and they went above and beyond for my son who is Autisitic and obsessed with all work vehicles, cars, and things to do with them.Great bunch of people! Superior Towing lied about my location so Tesla warranty service wouldn’t be provided and they could instead charge $250/hour for their service. Triton Towing came to the rescue with amazing service! I recommend them instead!

I had a good experience and would recommend to others!! They were fast, they took my car to a shop of my choosing. The owner is a good guy and if anything occurs along the ride they will fix it after the fact. Any problems with the driver rest assured JP the owner will take care of it.

Very rude staff kept me waiting outside for 30mins and when I asked what was going on a rude guy told me you can go to the waiting room and I said I was not told there's a waiting room, he was just rude and told me you can can leave if you want. Very Rude StaffService: Car towing

The manager of this place subject me to discrimination and racial abuse. It seems like an ongoing problem with this business, a couple of other reviews seem to reflect this racial issue with them. I was told to my face that I am Indian and all you Indian people are the same, do illegal stuff, cut corners, act cheap. The manager even threatened me, that if I park my car illegally again in my apartment complex he will come tow me. He was extremely rude, his staff was extremely rude, just a pathetic interaction overall. They even charged me credit card fees after charging me $466 in towing fees.Service: Car towing

Do not use this company for towing, if you have a choice. If you do, and are able, remove all items from your vehicle before allowing it to be towed away. Otherwise, like me, you may end up missing the majority of what was left in your car. Then, when you attempt to work with the company to recoup damages, including filing a police report and working with the BBB, you're likely to hit a dead end. You will have little to no luck having any communication with the company, and if you do, they will act like they have no clue what happened and possibly blame you for not removing your items sooner. Business ethics here, non-existent! In the end, you'll be out hundreds of dollars' worth of stuff, like flashlights and sunglasses, etc. and your only recourse will be small claims court, which they are counting on most of us not to pursue. Oh, and by-the-way, you may find your gas tank is also empty. If Superior Towing shows up after your accident and you are, hopefully unharmed, request another company with a solid reputation.
