Kathryn researched it and connected us with Neil in the Summer House warehouse. Neil went far beyond our request and solved our issue. I love the Summer House store in Bellevue. The staff there are friendly and they always acknowledge me when I walk in the door. We work with Kathryn the most, and she always goes above and beyond to take care of my needs. Kathryn ROCKS!!!

We have had wonderful experiences with Summer House. We purchased several pieces of Tropitone furniture from them in 2008. Although the price of this furniture was a bit high for us at the time, we splurged because we could tell it was outstanding quality. Fast forward 15 years, and our furniture is holding up absolutely beautifully in the Seattle weather, and I suspect we may have it for 15 more years! Just called them to replace one of the slings (which ripped due wear and tear from kids and dogs), and their customer service was outstanding. One of the best retail companies I have ever worked with.

We came here because of the glowing reviews about customer service. We certainly didn’t experience that. So we left and purchased somewhere else.Thank you for your reply but we did leave and we went to molbucks in Woodinville and spent $1500 but we were at your store first you had us. But nobody engaged. You certainly had people standing around the store.

I've been in here twice now. The first time I was more dressed up and came with my husband and we were greeted and helped. The second time I came by myself in a more casual outfit and walked the whole store, measuring and looking at items and was not greeted or approached once. Ew. I watched while older and (white) couples were helped. There were about 4-5 sales associates working when I visited.

We love this store and recently had an incredible experience where several people went above and beyond. I mentioned off-hand that I didn't want to buy anything else with teak because our (mostly covered) outdoor dining table had bowed. One of the salespeople, Ann, overheard this and inquired further and asked me to follow up with Matt & Neil. Long story short, I never even complained but within a month had a brand new top to the table installed. It was such a painless experience, I can't thank the team enough. (And clearly Gloster has superior customer service too!) Would be happy to purchase anything from this store!

I asked to see furniture for people who don't want to sit low to the ground due to mobility issues and the response was less than I hoped for the price point. I will never go back to this store for anything.

The showroom and employees at Summer House are fantastic. Huge selection of beautiful furniture options and lots of help picking out the items that were just right for our backyard.
