Not trustworthy. I do not trust that they even did the work they are charging me for. I also caught them in a lie about the condition of my breaks, they said I had A LOT less brake pad than I did. After Michaels' brake check, I had 2 other mechanics check my brakes, (not telling them that anyone else had looked at my brakes previously) both said the same thing, that my brake pads were good for now but check again in a couple months. Michaels' lied and told me I needed to have FULL brake job costing $2,000+. NEVER going there again!

I recently bought a used Subaru and I had to take it to the dealer for repair. I couldn't be happier with the service. Marcello Orlando was great in explaining what the issue was and when I should get my car back. They also offered me a ride back home. I got a call the same day saying my car was ready and a Uber ride back to the dealer was arranged at no cost. These guys really do a great job. A+++

I have never written a bad review, no matter how bad the service or experience was, but for this dealership I have made an exception. If you look at the past 6 newest reviews, I am not the only one who has received a terrible experience, and if you are looking for a Subaru, there are other dealerships in Seattle. While the sale was not a pleasant experience on its own, this review is in regards to the service that was provided, and after a month of trying to get this resolved, I was left with ignored calls and emails. I received a new 2023 Subaru 6 months ago from Michael's Subaru, in which I inquired about my first service/oil change, where my request was ignored by the Service Manager. I felt that getting this done at the dealership I purchased from was the right thing to do. I brought my car in with only 2000 miles on it, and was left with a car that was leaking oil. I ended up having to take my car to a mechanic to have it inspected and fixed. While getting a service as SIMPLE as an oil change was all that I needed, Michael's Subaru could not do this correctly, in which I had to pay to have my car serviced twice and my 6 month old car fixed. If you care about how your car runs, I would like to reiterate that there are other Subaru dealerships out there that may not lie to you and ignore your requests because they do not know how to handle it. Even after I found out that their service did not complete a simple oil change correctly, I did not want to write a bad review. After a month of my request to resolve the payment for an incorrect job, I find myself here with the worst customer experience I have ever had. PS - their worker stalled out in front of me while taking my car to the garage

Please, please buy another car brand and don't buy from this dealer ... I bought a 2023 Forester, and could not be more disappointed with the car and this dealership ... The reviews about Subaru's software issues and glitches are true .. This dealership dealings and responsiveness with post sales issues is (my experience), makes me regret buying here .. Strongly suggests another car and dealership ..

Impreza battery design undersized and multiple service returns. Refused to provide battery test result documentation to support diagnostics. Passed the buck to different service techs and blamed the user. Eventually was told they can't fix and not to return for service. Unbelievably awful experience.

I bought 2024 Outback Touring XT for my mom. Easy process and had financing approved ( I used Costco to get my pricing)! Bode was from the start professional and prompt. We had to wait a couple weeks to get it but was able to put a deposit. The trade in process was easy as well. Jason was our finance guy and got me a better rate than I had with the bank. There was a minor scratch on the top coat they buffed out by hand before leaving but are following up to get it taken care of. Subaru's are a must in the PNW, reliable and affordable, this is the 3rd one I've bought from this dealer. I also only get them serviced here- Kevin, Ian and everyone on the service side is great.

AWESOME Here is an excellent survey I would like People to know about ! I was driving the last couple days and I had a light come on that said all my Tires were Low so I drove in To Michael Subaru yesterday, and I met David the service advisor and ask him if he can look at my car and see what he can do to get these lights turned off. well with in 5 Min Luke, a technician came out and looked at my car And Filled all my Tires to fix the Code on the Dash Board. excellent customer service no charge and I was so happy . I have to say Michael's Subaru has the best service at any Subaru dealership that I have been to. They might be a little bit higher in price, but their techs are well trained and get the job done quickly. I recommend Michael Subaru service for all your service needs on your Subaru car .they Rock .. I have to admit is extremely hard to get good service these days, but Michael Subaru did a great job

Review regarding service center...... I reached out on-line to ask for a quote for wheel alignment. Simple, standard work. 30-60 minutes pending upon amount of work. Person contacts me to set up an appointment. I ask for a quote first. They don't know but will elevate it. 2nd person reaches out to set up an appointment for service. I once again ask for a quote. Oh, they don't know.... this happened 3x before the service manager reached out (4th person) with same question.. "understand you need an appointment?". Ground Hog Day....By that time, I already had it scheduled elsewhere. Who takes a car in for work with no estimate of what it will cost them? Really? This is what they expect of customers? Do they really believe customers are this stupid? If they can't handle such a simple request, I have zero intentions of visiting them. And there is another Subaru purchase in the family coming soon. This dealership will NOT be part of that.

I took my car in for service - there was a mix up with the pick up time, I got dropped off and my ride was long gone. Things worked out - David Cvitkovic apologized and made things right. Definitely excellent customer service - above and beyond. Will go back and recommend this place to anyone that needs service on their Subaru. Thank you again David!

I purchased my Subaru at Peninsula Subaru and have had it serviced there since I have owned it. I live in Bellevue and decided to give Michael's Subaru a try because it is so much closer to my home and I have seen all of the commercials. I had service done in February 2023 and had a few things done that cost around $1500. My dad felt I overpaid so I decided to take my car back to Peninsula Subaru for its next service (September 2023). At Peninsula Subaru, they told me that the power steering fluid was dark brown and needed to be reflushed. I had just paid $150 to have this done at Michael's Subaru and it should not be dark brown already. Mind you, the owners and family of Peninsula Subaru are dear family friends and they have taken good care of me as a customer for many years. Regardless of this, Peninsula Subaru is renowned in the industry and region for providing top quality service and runs an honest business. They would not tell me something that was not accurate about my vehicle. I called Michael's Subaru to find out what happened and was very friendly, not accusatory at all. The Service Department Admin was very defensive. I scheduled an appointment to bring my car in to have them take a look at it. The Service Advisor told me that the fluid "didn't look that dirty to him." He brushed me off and found the person who had helped me back in February (Dakota). They took it back and had a mechanic take a look at it, and sure enough, it was dark brown and they did not do the service that they had charged me for in February. They did fix it for me, but there was no apology or accountability and I was not given a service record for my keeping. I followed up and asked for an email copy but I am not confident that I will receive one. I will not be bringing my vehicle back here and fully trust Peninsula Subaru's honest business ethic. My friend told me that he has heard similar reviews about Michael's Subaru, but he has not experienced the same thing himself. I do believe sexism was involved in this situation.

Sales department was inflexible and unwilling too negotiate on a new vehicle. Claimed that they can sell at MSRP which may have been true but the chance to make a sale with a captive buyer wasn't a priority apparently. Took my business to Carter and sales process went smoothly and with a small discount. Michael's could have made a sale followed by several additional sales (through friends and family). In fact, my word of mouth directed no fewer than 4 prospective Subaru buyers to Carter which all resulted in new car sales over a period of three weeks. Hope the sales team at Michael's rethinks their strategy and learns how to bend.

I leased my Subaru Outback Wilderness from and have had all of my Subarus serviced at Michael's. Why do I keep coming back? Because the staff at Michael's, especially in the Service Department, are exceptional. Today, as in previous occasions, I was warmly welcomed by a professional team, beginning with the Service Manager to Bailey, who shepherd me through my car's annual service. passing the time in the Service Department's comfortable waiting area made the time fly by. And the complimentary coffee is great!

On the afternoon of April 28th I drove my newly purchased Crosstrek to Michael's Subaru to ask a technical question. The ramp leading to the service counter is upward sloping and a golf cart was parked alongside the right lane. Unseen from the driver's front window was a low metal trailer hitched to the golf cart and my car brushed against a corner of the trailer. A manager came and yelled at me that the lane was closed. I got out my car to indicate that the orange plastic cones were placed along the left side of the lane, not across the lane, and I did not crush any cones. The manager behaved incredibly rude to me in front of other Subaru staff. I wrote to the General Manager of the Dealership and filed a complaint at Subaru America's corporate headquarters in New Jersey, but received no response. I advice any would-be buyers to stay away from this business outfit, whose service had deteriorated to a sickening level since I bought my previous Subaru in 2013.

My 5 star review is primarily based on a service associate Gabrielle. While the rest of Michaels Subaru Dealer is also very good. Sometimes it's that one individual that truly stands out and makes all the difference. Gabrielle sets the standard of 'customer service'! I had a very unusual electrical problem and we all know in modern cars with so much electronics, it can be very frustrating. I was fortunate enough to have Gabrielle as my service associate. She constantly kept me informed and worked with the mechanic to resolve the problem. Her persistent effort made all the difference in the world. Thanks Gabrielle and Micheals Subaru for resolving my problem !!!

Just purchased another OutBack at Michael's Subaru of Bellevue. We were greeted in a pleasant manner, by DB, and he was very friendly, and listened to what our expectations were. All expectations were met, and DB has followed up with us to make sure that we are happy. I would recommend Michael's and DB to anyone interested in Subaru. DB follow up on everything that was promised.
