Coming back to write a second review a year later. My K2 snowboard had a delamination defect and Stuartevant's was more than happy to take it in for a warranty replacement/repair. They have been more than kind to me for the entire process. Highly reccommend.

The staff is friendly, very helpful and efficient. Even during busy times, one of the staff members helped explain the different considerations when making certain choices around skis, ski poles etc.
The dropping back off the ski rental equipment is also quick and smooth.

Kali is one of the best people I've ever worked with. She helped me out with choosing a board when I wasn't quite sure what size to get and we swapped it out with a bigger one after I was able to try one out. Today, my BOA lace snapped and brought it in and she was able to fix it. I highly recommend coming here for any purchases, advice, or concerns about any outdoor sport.

Very helpful staff I only went in for one thing and ended up getting multiple things that were on sale and was very pleasantly surprised to find a great selection of things I didn't even know I needed :-)

Based on friend's recommendations, I bought a pair of ski boots here about four years ago. They were expertly fitted and I've been really happy with them. Fast forward to a month ago and now my right foot was hurting because I had developed plantar fasciitis before the ski season. I brought the boots in to see if I could get some help and get back to the slopes. Brant, in the boot fitting area, fixed me up with some heel lifts for my boots and now I'm skiing pain free. I'm so grateful for his expert help and there was no charge just, "your continued patronage."
Great store, great people that go out of their way to provide service after the sale. Thank you!

Best place to buy ski and tennis equipment!
In case you have questions... go there and just ask. You'll be amazed about the details and how knowledgeable these guys are.
