Not a very inclusive store and the employee was a little rude and snappy. It’s a weird store policy that all the XL sizes are hiding in the drawers and they don’t keep stock of them.

Terrible store! I literally bought two shape wears yesterday and I had to exchange it due to sizing reasons. I still have the tags however, I had to remove them while trying it on, because I removed the tags they will not accept them even if I kept the tags. These aren’t cheap, and I’m very disappointed because they didn’t tell me their policy upon purchase. It seems like a common policy to inform customers since when I was trying to return the item, the manager informed the customer about this policy and I wasn’t informed yesterday. Terrible!!!Called the customer service and they accepted my return so I’d suggest calling just in case this store doesn’t help you.

I have been a Soma customer for many years ,15 plus, and have never had any problems except with this location. I went to exchange a pair of pants for a smaller size and had the receipt and also in the return time frame and the Manager- Asian lady- said she would not exchange them because the tag wasn't on them. I had put them on and kept falling down and worn for approximately 30 minutes . She said if she each exchanged them without a tag she would get fired. Meanwhile I have purchased items from Soma that had a hand written tag on them so were those people who wrote the hand written tag fired? Even another customer said to her, be nice, it's the holidays. I left the store with my pants and went to another location to exchange where they were not rude. Then two weeks later went to exchange a pair of pj pants for a smaller size, tried on and taken off again, so never worn. I had the tag and receipt but tag not physically attached. The lady I worked with- tall, Caucasian lady- said she should not exchange them because tag was physically attached but would do it just this once- meanwhile sighing and rolling her eyes and tone of voice was rude. While she was eye rolling and talking she reattached the tag in less than 5 seconds. My daughter stood at the entrance to the store and could see her eye rolling and could hear her and made a comment to me when we left. They are helpful when you want to buy something but don't try exchanging or returning anything at this location because of their rudeness. In fact i won't shop at this location anymore.Stay away from these ladies.

Their exchange policy is terrible. Sara did not exchange my bra because It past 62 days instead of the 60 days policy.She told me to give it to someone in my family instead of helping me. Not buying from soma anymore. Horrible experience

First of I want to start with saying, I have been a loyal soma customer since 2018.. I even worked as a manager for many years and so this experience was my first of a kind EVER!! Background for content, I just recently gave birth to baby boy April 2023. I arrived to return a bra, that I wore a few times and by 3rd wear the underwire was coming out. (Ladies remember when your bra was too large and it was poking on the sides) imagine that but in middle, is where the underwire was breaking. It was a nude color bra and when I wore it the pigment from the clothing and my skin rubbed on the bra. Not to mention summer time =sweat and pigments do transfer!!!!! (This will make sense keep reading) Asian lady proceeds to say not Can I help, rbis is what I can do: but . WOW your baby is so big, and she making hand gestures that he "fat" and "wide" he is 12.5lbs. But, she keeps saying your baby is big" then she says I can't return your bra before she even began the transaction 2/3 have denied me services. The manager Sarah never wanted to help. Asian lady and I are not understanding eachother, LAST employee assist mngr. DITTA" or DIDI starts saying something under her breath (worst employee of bunch) ; ALL three ladies all were terrible. All three of these staff need some basic customer service 101. asian lady that was doing the transaction couldn't locate the order, she was older and with English being a second language the communication was an issue. Her assistant manager dida, or ditta approached and started looking at the bra. Under her breath she was giving off body language and facial expressions like, eww this looks gross. At glance, WE SHOULD NEVER JUDGE... her nails were painted black and chipped and homegirl needed a manicure but, I didn't say that out loud as most people know the golden rule, if you have nothing nice to say keep your mouth shut!!! as well, some things are just better off left unsaid . I asked her if there was an issue. Her response, " your bra, looks like it been ran threw the dirt, and I've never seen a bra that looks this bad. IT GROSS" Mic DROP.Taken back by what she said. Im humiliated, offended and the level of judgement, was so disgusting. I am now, being told by the Asian lady yeah the system won't let me, it's way past the 60days..... i asked her if she could please work with me, i had just had baby, I am ONLY ONE DAY PAST THE 64days. She says no, she cannot do anything, she reminded me that, I heard what the manager and ast manager had to say ..by now the manger is out of sight, oblivious to what has transpired up front. the ast mngr insulted me, rolled her eyes, told me she didn't have time for me, and went back to doing her own thing after I told her --- "never ever treat a women that way in an intimate women's shop." You language suggest I'm dirty". She walked off and left me back with the older Asian lady she isn't going to help: i asked for manager. Sarah, tells me this is policy, she isn't going to risk her job for me; i told her I worked for company and i know the policy has exceptions, she told me they had corporate meeting and everyone on the same page, CS can't do anything. She is now refusing to help so the later I'll save for the district manager. I honestly, want people to know kindness cost nothing, you have no idea what people are going through. When you go into a boutique, you expect a higher level of customer service, these are terrible quality, low performing, laxy daisy approach, think there shit don't stink attitude having employees. What worse the manager and ASM both did even offer a simple apology. Offer to compromise being that I was one day over.... The lack of customer service goes to show how the company is also lacking quality vs quantity..... these women should be terminated and find better overall staff. I don't believe how I was treated I would rather deal w/ CS then human like this I can believe that store is still operational. Attitude

Extremely disappointed that when I wanted to exchange for different type of bras they didn't honour the deal they had back then. Embliss bra stretched way too much

I purchased reusable bra pads and didn’t realize until I got home that they didn’t have adhesive. I never took them out of the box and they didn’t let me return them. I was never told at times of purchase that I wouldn’t be able to return them.I’m used to other retailers returning items like this because you cant try them on. $35 down the drain.

I visited 2 locations in 2 days; BOTH are super helpful and I would recommend both. I'd like to say the Bellevue Square location takes customer service to the next level. Amazing!!! I walked out with 4 bras I didn't plan on purchasing, but were exactly what I needed. Thank you!!!!

This is the worst company ever. I ordered two bras online and I have a summer address so I put in a different mailing address than my billing address. After 10 days of hearing nothing, I finally called the company and they told me that they canceled the order because I have a different billing address then a shipping address. Instead of contacting me and asking me why this is, they just canceled the order without letting me know. I guess this company is too stupid to realize that maybe people ship things to different addresses other than their billing addresses? God forbid that I have a summer address or two different addresses or perhaps I was mailing these to my daughter as a gift. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere to buy your intimate apparel, this company not only cancels order for no reason, it takes you almost an hour to reach someone via customer service, and when they pick up the phone, they're complete idiots.
