Person working ignored us and just talked on the phone, which was not a problem as we were just browsing. But, when we found a phone we thought we'd take it up to him just in case someone left it. Instead of responding politely and friendly he snapped at us with a \"yeah it's mine\" with an annoyed unfriendly irritated tone. We were NOT sorry we were showed concern but are sorry we bothered coming into the store. To to person working: show appreciation and be polite to your customers. If you weren't actually open you could have politely said \"sorry, but we're actually not open right now\".

Love their pillows and their customer service! We bought the side sleeper pillows and it's honestly my favorite pillow ever. I also ordered extra latex and flaked out on picking it up for about a year, but they held it for me, reminded me to pick it up and even brought it out to my car so that I wouldn't have to fuss with parking! Highly recommend.

,even after we ordered a 5K bed apparently I deserve to be put down and shamed for asking for a firm delivery date. I am so all about supporting local businesses but I do NOT support businesses local or large who treat their customers like cash cows. I guess this is my reward for being a huge fan of this company for the last five years and dreaming and dreaming of sleeping in one of their beds- folks nothing on this earth is worth your dignity. And no decent company would demand it as a price.

I walked in here looking for a pillow like Goldilocks, they let me try out several types of pillows (and securely with COVID practices) until I found the type that worked for me. Great place to visit, just expect a little bit higher prices for quality.

We now have 5 Soaring Heart mattresses in our house - and we, and our guests all love them. We are also big fans of the Coyuchi all organic bed linens they carry - they wash well, are durable and the colors are super. Once you go organic - there's no going back. Eugenia was a big help and the Soaring Heart delivery crew was on-time and handled all our stairs and narrow hallways without a glitch.

Three days ago I purchased a pair of Soaring Kapok and Cotton pillows, wow can't believe how comfortable they are. No more pushing and fluffing during the night. They don't go flat, simply form around the head allowing for a very good nights sleep. Highly recommend them. Molly the sales person did a great job of explaining the different products.

We bought a bed frame, latex mattress and topper last year and we love it. Our mattress is firm and really comfortable, which is great for my back and most importantly it's biodegradable and chemical-free! I highly recommend Soaring Heart. Great staff and delivery was so convenient.

I can certainly understand why Soaring Heart has five stars!! It is such a welcoming store, the shopping experience is so personal, its staff members are so well informed, and the product is simply the best you can buy. It lives up to its name in every way!

I have been looking for a all natural pillow for my health and wellness for the last year now and was looking through all the brands and choices . After a long search from the other companies I finally decided to call and ask questions . I spent about a hour or more asking questions about each product that was being sold . The representative was very kind and helped me make the best decisions so I can make my first order and hopefully many more in the future . The customer service was great and many emails after is all you can ask for . I would suggest buying your next natural pillow or other products from this wonderful brand .

To be honest, I was just looking for parking in the area for lunch with a friend, and walked in to legitimize my parking in one of their spots. That being said, I've been having lower back problems, and part of the problem seems to have been due to my old mattress. When I mentioned this to the woman minding the store at the time, Danelle, she listened attentively and had me try out six to seven different configurations (mattress topper + mattress, shikibuton + tatami mat, etc., etc). After I had a good idea of what would work for me, she began reviewing pricing options, but also considerately gave me the option to receive a quote later via e-mail (I didn't tell her I had an engagement soon, but she seemed to pick up on it) and did the legwork to get me a great price, as well as a very timely pick up option. I'm not going to pretend the latex shikibuton I bought through this experience magically made all my back pain go away, but now after a couple days of sleeping on it (pun intended) I definitely don't regret visiting this place. Bonus: founded and run by eccentric artists!

We bought an upholstered queen bed with two queen cotton and wool mattress for my kids room from Soaring Heart. Yes, they do sell upholstered beds as well! The other bed in my home have cotton+latex mattress bought from Asian shop in Bay Area. The mattress is much more comfortable than that and we know we are not breathing any chemicals at night. The process from ordering to delivery and install was seamless. They do ask to rotate the mattress periodically so that the cotton doesn’t settle on one side where folks sleep. We are now in process of ordering two more wood queen beds and mattress for our master bedroom from the same store. We feel lucky to have such a store in Seattle.

Eugenia was a huge help and Soaring Heart was very accommodating helping me find a bed while I travel. All the staff was very friendly and also helped figure out transportation.
