Ask for Toni! I placed an order online and it was cancelled by Sleep Number due to me having different addresses under my name. I was told by customer service that all I had to do was go in person and verify my photo ID at a store. I was on business in NJ and so I went to the local store. They acted like I was a criminal, were unkind and irritated, put in low effort, and eventually said they could not help me unless I changed the address on my driver’s license! In contrast, with just a phone call to Toni, she went above and beyond to help me. She verified my identity and addresses, and then worked with her manager to make sure my order went through and the discount I had originally gotten was applied. All the while, she was communicative, kind, empathetic, and apologetic about the situation. If it wasn’t for Toni, I definitely would have gone somewhere else to purchase my mattress. Thank you so much, Toni!

This is for the Bellevue Square location just outside of Norstrom and Taco Del Mar. You will need to park your car and walk into the mall to get to this storefront.
We went into the store just to "take a look." Yuriana helped us to find the sleep number for us, and we quickly fogured out that my lady likes her side VERY soft, and I like my side as hard as a board. Unfortunately, we have been both struggling with sleep because of this. After going through all of various models and options, we landed on something that worked for both of us.
Yuriana helped us with finance options, and in a matter of a week, we got our bed delivered and setup. The delivery was professional and friendly.
Midas 5-stars for the no-pressure thorough sales and professional delivery and setup. These beds are amazing and best if you and your partner run different temperatures and level of firmness in your sleep experience.

After much research and great customer experience (thanks to our assistance, Yuri), we decided to invest in our long term well-being with Sleep Number. Couldn’t be happier knowing our downtime from all the stressful things in life will be great. The 50% Labour Day sales on their iLE line surely helps a lot. Yuri was just a delight. She answered every and all questions with minute detail and confidence. The sales will end by 11/08/2024. Improve your life quality by getting one for yourself and/or family!

I want to start off by saying I had no issues at all with this specific store or employees. It just happens to be the store I bought from. I’m wanting to review the bed itself along with the company as a whole.In Nov 2021 I bought a Sleep Number 360® iLE smart bed with a FLEXFIT™ 3 SMART BASE. Fast forward to today, I notice that one of the magnet plates that keeps the mattress attached to the base had broke/detached itself from the mattress. When the bed is in any position besides flat it isn't connected to the base whatsoever. A bit of a pain but I figured it’s not a huge deal because of the warranty. Just got done with chat support to find out that my 2 year old $10k bed only has a prorated warranty. Shame on me for not reading the fine print. I expected more from a $10k bed. I need a new cover which will include the working affixing point but the warranty only covers 65% of it leaving me with a $238.21 bill. When I asked the representative “Is it normal for this part to fail on a bed that's only a couple years old?” His response was “Sometimes items with moving parts can be prone to issues.” I find it ridiculous that they produce and sell such an expensive item and when a part fails after a short time they just shrug it off and say moving parts are prone to issues? Maybe figure that out before going to market. I would highly recommend going with Tempur-Pedic over a Sleep Number. I had one of their beds with adjustable base for over 10 years and never had any significant issues whatsoever. When my remote controls failed they immediately sent me new ones free of charge. This is what I expect from a company like Sleep Number. Obviously I didn’t abuse the bed causing the plate to detach from the mattress. This is simply poor quality for a premium price.

John was super helpful. He was able to pull up my account history which enabled me to get the same bed I did years ago but tailor made to my living situation now plus a discount. Everything was just so easy and straight forward, I thought buying a mattress was going to be so much more complicated, but it was brilliant and the customer service was excellent.
