Just left this place. The lady in the store was very friendly with my wife and I. Some interesting pieces available, including real diamonds and pearls. I didn't find the prices to be overpriced at all. Overall, it was pretty reasonable if you ask me. I'll be returning.

Punctuality! I've been working with these people for about a year now and have never been late delivering engraved keychains for closing gifts. Attention to detail and reasonable price. Highly recommended.

the man who works there does not even know how to speak english. im not sure how they expect to do business around here. they also treat people like trash if you are not Chinese.

Do not buy from them, they are extremely overpriced! They wouldn't take a return even though the intended recipient passed away on the day the return policy ended. I couldn't believe that they wouldn't take the return under these circumstances.

Not your typical mall but instead you'll find a localized collection of shopping and food businesses with virtually no chain store presence! Incredible food court with family-owned globally ethnic dining at its finest in a very informal - and reasonably-priced - dining area perfect for friends and family to enjoy a delicious meal out. And they even have live music on a stage during weekend dining hours. And an ever-changing full-range of music just like their food.

Pulled into parking lot at 9:30 a.m. 1/15/19 and parked. Had plans on doing some shopping and was making a list of things to purchase. Was there maybe 30 minutes. Heard someone pounding on the side of my RV. Looked out the window and there stood a mall cop. I opened the door and he immediately said "this isn't an RV park". I told him I was planning on going inside to shop. He replied "well you aren't in there you are sitting in your RV". I stared at him in disbelief. It was humiliating but I realized right there TV's are not welcome in the lot. Just like Fred Myers. Same scenario. No generator running, no loud music playing, no leaking sewer, just simply sitting in my RV. Its not and unsightly vehicle. I'll be buying online or going to Renton next time, but no more shopping Fred Meyers or Crossroads Mall!

I've come here twice for engraving services and they truly are the best! They're always quick, my first piece was a watch which they were able to finish in 24 hours and my next piece was a necklace with three very thin and small pendants which they were able to have done in 48 hours. They handle the pieces with such care and are very reasonably priced. They also provide you with a sheet of fonts to choose from and can customize the engraving any way you please.
