Maria was my hair dresser, sweet lady and really good at hair. I also have gone to Som who is phonomenal! She did my prom hair and even squeezed me in for a hair cut!
Prices are reasonable and fair!

My experience was really bad. First my appointment didn't start in time then they didn't have current staff trained for service offered. Really bad haircut and waxing.

I had the first appointment of the day and they didn't even begin working on my hair until 50 minutes after my appointment was supposed to begin. The stylist wasn't late. There was no reason for the delay. She didn't accept any accountability for just making me sit there for an hour and I didn't even get a discount. I had to style my hair once I got home because she didn't use any product to control frizz when "styling" my hair. Definitely not worth your time or money.

The stylists here are all so nice! I had my eyebrows waxed, got a haircut, and had my hair colored. The price was reasonable for the quality. The owner and another stylist were speaking in a different language to each other, and they were so thoughtful to translate it for me eventhough it didn't really have anything to do with me. Haha! They were sensitive enough to know that they might be misinterpreted, so I completely appreciated that. I called for a same-day appointment and they were kind enough to figure out a way to accommodate me 2 hours after the call.

After seeing raving reviews on this place here on yelp, I made an appointment with Som. The service was extremely friendly. She worked on me and another lady at the same time. She was there for color already and I came for a cut. I had to wait 30 minutes while Som worked on her which was inconvenient but Som took so much attention to details on my hair afterwards that it didn't bother me. In fact, I had a blast laughing and talking with her some of the ladies there. I had very thick hair that I wanted it thinned out, trim on my dead ends. The total costed $85, not including tax. I thought it was fairly provide. I found out there's a girl who does eye brow-microblading, tint, laminate and lashes perm and extensions too! All in one place!! It's located in a mall complex with lots of delicious restaurants and dessert so excuse to go eat something before or after the cut!

Som took care of my hair so well. We took about 15 mins to discuss how I wanted my hair to be especially I didn’t want to damage my hair by using a lot of bleach. So, she advised me to go for level 6, and warmer tone colors. It took a bit more time than I anticipated, but the result was amazing!

Went here for the first time, was nervous after having mediocre haircuts and wrong coloring. So glad I saw Som! She did a fantastic job, took her time, was very detail oriented with everything. I can't saw enough good things about her recommendations with hair color, she helped me choose the hair color I wanted, thank you Som!

Decided late on Friday that I wanted to get a haircut, and I was luckily able to find an appointment Saturday morning with Kay Grey! I really appreciate how they have an online scheduler where you can see open spots to request (the salon has to confirm appointment still). The salon has about 6 stations, and when I was there, 3 women working. Not sure the normal staffing levels, but since things run by appointment, it should never get too crowded! Kay was friendly and took time to look at my reference pictures and make sure she understood what I wanted. All the ladies are Thai, so I felt comfortable with them working on my thick, straight Asian hair type, although they can still do all types of hair, of course. Kay added a lot of layers to my hair to give me more movement and used the thinning shears on the ends to keep my hair light and cut some of the dead ends off without losing too much length. As you can see from the photos, I got the layers and movement I wanted and barely had to lose any length! The appointment was ~35 min for the haircut, 10min to wash, 20 min to dry and style. Cost for me before tip was $75 since my hair is thick and long. Would definitely return! Free parking lot.

I can't say enough good things about Som! I went to her after a series of cuts and colors from other places that I was unhappy with. I took a chance as I was not personally referred to her. But the reviews looked good and she was able to fit me in so quickly. She listened thoroughly to me and cut my hair very slowly and meticulously, always checking in with me. I have a super short pixie type style that has gotten me many compliments over the years until recently. But I am happy to say that the cut and color correction (warm copper tones) she did have given me compliments once again! All thanks to her! :) And I now wake up every morning again with my hair looking right! :) There was another stylist also there at the time I had my appointment. Fawn. What a delightful human! We 3 just chatted away during my appointment and had a wonderful time! Everyone was so kind. I will definitely be returning!!

Over priced for the quality. Team member doesn't know how to color hair, so the owner trains new team members on customers. I came for partial hilights dark brown and I came out with a very weird hair color ie, orange and pinkish shade. Finally had to visit other hair salon and spend extra $$$$ to get the weird highlights removed.
