It was costly and one of the colors was not done correctly. It was not mixed properly and had lots of white streaks. I ended up getting behr from Home Depot for 1/4th the price and better quality (surprisingly).Update: the manager Cody contacted me and got this resolved. It could have been some malfunction in the machine but the staff were very helpful in fixing the problem.

I went in to purchase some latex paint the young man asked me what I was using it for I told him my cabinets he sold me a paint he said is what I needed. when I poured out the paint it was like glue. When I went to return it both he who claimed to be the manager and another person after I insisted on speaking to his boss both said they do not take back custom paint. I explained that I had asked for latex and the one above the manager said we don't sell latex paint . I replied you should've told me that in the first place and I would've gone somewhere else. I left the Unusable Paint, took the loss, and left. I will never shop at the store again.

We had a great experience there. It's our first time DIY painting, I had no clue what I was looking for when I walk in the shop, but Marco there was sooooo friendly and helpful, she seriously knows her stuff and was very genuine. I walked out of the shop with all I need and paid less than I thought I'd have to. I hope I have a Marco in every project I need to do, it'll make things so much nicer and smoother ;p

I wanted to thank Patrick for the great customer service at this store. I was in search of a very specific paint that was out of stock everywhere in the state. After inquiring with 3 Sherman Williams paint stores, Patrick was the only one who followed through with letting me know that my paint was in and had it ready for me to pick up later that day. I would definitely recommend this store for all your paint needs.

I really want to give accolades to one of the associates who helped me the other day! Due to the samples being out (and honestly this is actually probably the appropriate amount for quite a few of my projects), I was getting 8 different colors in quarts. Not only did the two associates help get me a discount since they knew initially I was looking for samples and this would be much more expensive, they also helped facilitate the pickup of the eighth color at the store down the street since I was getting so much and they wouldn't have the full stock. While contacting the other store, the associate who I THINK may have been named Bell/Belle? in any case, only they/them pronouns were used for me over the phone. I'm not sure if this was just this associate's practice for all customers, but it made me feel so safe and seen! I am a nonbinary trans person, and when I don't actively TRY to "look androgynous" (which that day I did not), I usually am not correctly gendered by strangers. This experience TOTALLY made my day and this kind of employee behavior is what makes me feel loyalty and trust with brands! I certainly won't be visiting any other paint stores unless I really HAVE to, the staff here were so considerate and fantastic at juggling my huge order with the multiple other customer inquiries they were receiving! Just wanted to write a review to make it official and hopefully get that one employee some kudos :~)

The associate Vashion was unexpectedly the best help I've ever gotten at a paint store. I went by for a small amount of paint and didn't expect to enjoy picking a color and finish but this dude was chill and just managed to put me in a super good mood. Good man.

Very helpful staff. Great quality paint and supplies. But time your purchase with their frequent sales until if/when you can get business/Contractor discount.
