This place always has broken pumps. The last time it was broken I waited around forever while waiting for a “cashier approval” that never came. Literally nobody was at the cashier’s desk for 5 minutes.
It looks fine from outside but poorly managed (and a “Good” food safety score testifies to that too)

Be careful, check the video one side they have diesel with $4.59 and the other side $4.69.
They charged us $4.69.

No refill for the coffee , No english speaker, MAN write this on the main door , I recommend jacksons but not this one , not the male staff there , WE ARE CUSTOMERS not ENEMIES.

Terrible workers. Not even 1 minute being in the store the lady behind the counter (African American) yelled at me and my significant other asking if we are going to buy anything. I said yes. Went to pay and told the lady if she hates her job she can quit. She then proceeded to follow me outside and talk shit to me and my wife. She said " I would beat you ass" this is very unacceptable. Get better work get better employees. I've been going to this gas station for 15 years and this is probably the most disrespectful thing that has happened.

All the girls here rock! I appreciate everyone so much! No matter what time of day I come in! I love coming in later at night when Kaylas there! She knows the area so well! I was wicked bummed I stopped by tonight and shes not there!! Idk if it's to early or her day off but tell her that Honey Ham place by Fred Myers she recommended was really good! I'm new to the area and stopping at Jackson shell is always great because Kayla can always help me with my gas, cigarettes, and snacks plus point me in the direction of food! Thanks Jackson Shell for hiring people like Kayla and Megan! One day I came in too because my car ran out of gas at the exit on my way to shell and I had to walk in and Megan was a doll!! Megan helped me get a gas can fill it up even came out to the pump because I couldn't figure out how to create a seal with the pump and the gas can! Megan genuinely cared about me and me safely getting to my car! Again thank you Jackson for hiring people like Megan and Kayla!! Because of people like Kayla and Megan covering Jackson Shell 24 hours a day I know my needs are always met with smile! I will always come here as long as their here and will always refer people to this location!

The short guy behind the counter literally gave my gas to someone else I ask the cute young girl to go inside and pay the money back on my pump, She did. When I was unable to get my gas again I ask the girl about it she said the guy was busy flirting with her and told her everything Is fine hes got it.... Of course I am a much plumper older women when I went back in a 3rd time to ask about my gas he started laughing. A little bit of equal opportunity customer service would be nice.
