I am giving this small, overpriced and super friendly Shell gas station 4***! The staff here is friendly with a chill vibe, always going about their day in a quietly positive manner. This store has a drive thru car wash that appears to be pretty well liked. They do have hot good morning coffee!!

PLEASE BEWARE & CHECK YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENT!! This Shell gas station (kitty-corner from Wallgreens, on NE 8th), kept charging my credit card twice whenever I was getting gas and a car wash. They need to go back and check their records and refund those they ripped off in the past. Their address: 14008 NE 8th, Bellevue WA 98007

the morning guys are bit dimm!! i asked for bathroom key and they gave it to me. I am literally in there for 2 mins doin business and one of the cashier attendants starts bangin on the door like RUPRECHT the simple boy bangin on a skillet with a metal spoon , saying people are waiting to use the bathroom(AFTER 2 FRICKIN MINUTES!!) he pulls a spare key off his wnnabe Batman belt and unlocks the door!! while occupied!! A SERIOUS STOOGE-dummy

SLOOOOOOWEST pumps ever. If you are in a hurry forget about it. 10 minutes to fill your tank. I could literally drive to another station, fill up, and come back in less time.

Poor customer service by the overnight employee (Amar?). Highly standoffish, cutting off greetings and being short with any interaction. Seemed like he was judging us based on the purchase of legal alcohol and was highly inpatient. In addition, he laughed passive aggressively when shown both by debit card and ID since he only asked for the ID...like, okay? I've regularly dropped by this Shell since I live near it but not anymore. Better to go to the Walgreen's or ARCO up the street. Not worth dealing with someone who can't keep their disgustingly petty judgments under control.

The dude working was sooo rude to my fiancé We couldn't get our debit card to work, usually you have to put it in a few times then it will print you to slide , my fiancé came back to car and we found another way to pay He. Came back in and the clerk was cleaning the counter with a spray bottle , and literally sprayed my fiancé with F this place

I some times stop here to pump diesel for my work truck and usually theyre alright but today I went in to ask for the restroom key and guy guy looked at me and said "what" to me! What kind of service is that?

Worst "duck-taped" car wash and short service. First, you can get trapped in the car wash line only to see the card reader taped over and a sign that says PLEASE PAY INSIDE. That happened to me on my first visit. I had to wait in line and go inside (toddlers in tow) and then, Go around again. Next visit, I went in first to pay, wait 18 mins in line with only 1 car ahead of me, then I pull in and it doesn't work. Nothing. Two cars behind me now so I'm annoyed. I go inside and tell the lady working that it's not working and she said "you cannot punch in the number code while someone is in the wash." I said - well the screen told me to enter my code so I did. She said "that's the problem - there's a sign and you guys don't read." I said maybe you should just fix your car wash instead of taping signs up. She said "it's working just fine" and rolled her eyes at me. I said I had waited in line for 18 mins and she should have mentioned that when I bought my wash, and she said it doesn't take that long and I haven't been in line that long. So I literally pulled out my receipt and showed her my watch. Then she argued with me about how many cars were in front of me. WHY ARE WE HAVING THIS CONVERSATION INSTEAD HER JUST SAYING SORRY AND GIVING ME A NEW CODE?
