No more Rocky roads! After 50 years? It is not your fault but I will go to Woodinville now. So sad.

See's candies are usually on my too sweet scales. However, I find their nuts chocolates are very satisfactory and valuable. I love to visit this boutique store just across Bellevue square. I'm so happy that they end not moving away. Based on the mixed customer service review, I would say Yes but most of their people working there are very friendly and patient. They are always ready to handle out generous sample to the people visiting the store. I always end up making my customized box and eating way too much because they are so delicious and addicting. :-) One time, this nice man sent me a bag of different samples to try and other times, they let me try if I hesitate to decide which one to pick. Maybe once a while there were a couple of stern faces but I bet nothing personal. Yesterday, I passed by and saw their combination of lunar year and valentine's day theme. I have my son's dragon year and my girlfriend's valentine's bday celebration coming. This gentle did a good job of helping picking the pieces and wrapping for me. He gave me extra dragon stickers (beautiful made) and wrapped in a pretty red valentine's day paper wrapper. It was very happy moment for me.

Divine chocolate and great service.Coming from London on a business trip, I walked into the shop with little intention to buy. But Anna (the assistant) tended so well to us that we simply couldn’t resist getting some - and the chocolate melted in my mouth!

I gave 3 stars simply because of their high prices! 1lb box was $38!! I bought 2 1lb boxes of my choice candies & expected to pay $50-$55 for both but they were $38+some change the total was $82 this was a big letdown. Otherwise the lady who helped me was great, clean place and they had all but 2 candies which was a nice surprise given my late date on shopping

The other reviews saying they are rude aren’t wrong. I came in when there were two other people in the store and three people working behind the counter. The two women were busy but the gentleman stood there, not acknowledging me at all. When others walked in he proceeded to walk around handing out samples and even though I had been present in the store already, the samples didn’t come to me first or at all. When I thought it was my turn in line the woman (Ida) instructed me that the line was behind all the other people who had only just entered the shop. It would have been appreciated if they told me where the line was before I wasted my time only to be instructed to get in the back. Needless to say I exited the establishment without making a purchase. Weird vibes, I won’t return.
