I am very disappointed with the experience we had when going into the shop. The associate Jordan seemed very dismissive and unwilling to help answer some simple questions. A young gentleman came over to help and explain the situation but we were still left in awe by the lack of help from Jordan.

The chief operating officer has a severe anger problem I worked at Rob Lampman's home he wrote fake reviews about my business and constantly lost his temper to where I needed to politely leave his home he would go weeks without meeting me to talk about his project and refused to pay his bill

This place is a night mare to find not happy at all tryed to call no answer called again still no answer just to ask ? other Kraken stores are the the same no response. So if you are looking for customer care it's not at any Kraken store!!!Plus they change .85 cents a bag rip off

I was so excited to visit this Kraken Team store and it was a MAJOR letdown. The store itself was well laid out and had lots of Kraken merchandise to look through. The prices on most things were pretty reasonable compared to most Seattle team shops. The disappointment came from the two staff members that were working there. My daughter and I were the only two in the store and were not greeted or made to feel welcome. One staff member just sat there rolling her eyes at us and the other just kept standing there at the register avoiding eye contact the 10 min we were in the store. Needless to say we didn't end up buying anything and will continue to buy off of nhl.com and Amazon.

The Kraken! Kraken made it to Bellevue square! Rah. Now you can avoid the lines in SLU team store. But not really. It's beautiful, upstairs! And took over one of the not so memorable shops: either tea or Godiva can't remember. But this is getter! Team gear! Hockey gear! Or all things kraken!! Without getting wet and cold outside! And free parking. What's not to love: Release the Krakennn ( yea yea whateves)
