***this company cannot protect your privacy*** I submitted 2022 Tax documents to them early February. They couldn't finish tax file by due date 4/15?, and still couldn't finish 8/31? and returned my documents on 9/1 without job done?. Now, they send me Invoice.?They are unprofessional, unorganized, and greedy.

I had the worst possible experience with them and should never ever use this firm. Was asked to pay duplicate for business license service which they claim they did not receive, was asked to pay a monthly maintenance fee that includes Tax return (which they later claim must be paid from January all the way to December) without any kind of explanation/contract, etc. Most question email comes back after a few weeks to a few months and with one line answer saying "we will take care of it". Paid a business starter package to open an S-Corp in May 2022 and finally got my business license in February 2023 with two significant mistakes (wrong address and no state business license submission done till the end of 2022). 1 month before the s-corp tax return, I was asked to pay $1000 more if I want my tax done. The fee is reasonable but they do absolutely nothing. Wasted a ton of my time and about $3000 for nothing. Recommend using Quickbook live bookkeeper which only charges you less and they guarantee your book entries.
