Very nice people working at this salon services. Everyone of them is very helpful and knowledgeable. I drive all the way from West Seattle to go to the Salon services in Bellevue because I like these staff that works there.

Here to give Izayiah ALL THE LOVE. Not only is this baddie super friendly, but also incredibly knowledgeable and great at their job. I came in to buy OI body wash and ended up spending $175 because of the time he took to educate me on new products and promotions that were happening in the store and answering the many questions I had. What am amazing makeover they had through the pandemic. I use to think it was a step above Sally's where i just wanted to get in and out please. And now it's more like a designer boutique. Where the lighting and space is clean and well stocked.

Warning to all Professionals!!!MANAGER ALLOWS EMPLOYEES TO LAUGH AT YOU. The absolute WORST customer service from store and consultantsI recently opened my own studio and decided to carry Living Proof as my retail. My entire experience with the sales reps and store were beyond unacceptable. I was lied to from the beginning, being told I was talking to a living proof specialist when she is not at all. The reps will randomly stop responding to you. You are tossed between person and person. There is absolutely zero transparency and little to no customer service skills. I was told I would have no limit purchasing products in store, the very first time I go to get stuff, I was denied buying things due to a “limit.” Again with the lies.I would highly highly recommend going elsewhere for your products. Salon Centric and Cosmoprof and FANTASTIC reps and the best customer service, I would recommend them or going through your desired company directly.The only thing saving this company is their customer service help line employees.

So unreliable. I literally never run out of Wax, but I did today and I waited for salon services to open because CosmoProf didn't have the wax that I really liked. But when I got to salon services this Tuesday at 9: 05am l. They were not open. I didn't have time to wait I had a client at 9:30 a.m. so I had to go to cosmoprof. You think that since they're in the beauty industry they would understand that being late is not acceptable.I'm very disappointed.

All I can say is, James is a sweetheart. He is eager to help, but not pushy. He always makes sure he says "hi" and stands by, but not in my space. I'm glad he's at this location. Hey James!

Employee couldn't seem to muster a hi or welcome when I walked in despite being only customer. $153 later, told system slow, will E mail receipt.
