Xiaowu gave me the worst haircut I've ever had. On top of that, his attitude towards customers is terrible. For example, when I asked third times where I should sit, he just pointed vaguely with one finger and pushed me forward without saying a word. He also blamed me for not having good haircut. Who does he think he is? He's a bad stylist with no manners. I tipped him well just because I am civilized. Now good bye with your worst attitude and skills.

Vincent (CHENG) is a professional and top notch hair stylist, he knows exactly which hair style fits you the most, and it turns out he is absolutely right ! He is also very patient and tells you every step he would do and will explain all the details throughout the entire process. He’s been my stylist for several years, lucky me to have him to be my stylist , as he is more than a stylist, he is actual an artist!

Terrible service! They double-booked and asked me to wait for 40 minutes, even though I arrived at the store before the other customer. Will never be returning!

Yan was really nice and helped me get exactly what I wanted. I got a haircut and wavy perm and it looks identical to the reference photo I showed him. He consulted with me at the beginning to make sure we were on the same page which I appreciated. Highly recommend.

Xiaowu was my hairstylist and he took care of my hair. He was very patient to communicate my expectation of length, style, and other needs. The outcome was super close to my ask. Overall hair cut experience was smooth and chill.

The hair dresser xiaowu cut my hair so much shorter than I said! He was so rude and blamed me saying it was my fault. I told him only to cut it a little bit and showed him exactly where to cut. After the first round of cutting, I told him it was the length I wanted. But I found him still cutting the hair even shorter. I immediately told him it was already short enough, please do not cut my hair any shorter. xiaowu yelled at me and claimed he was cutting the length we agreed before, which I never did. I told him my hair grows very slowly and I am very disappointed with the final length. He never apologized to me the whole time, only tried to blame me for everything.
I have never worked with such an unprofessional hair dresser before. I will say this whole experience is "pay to get pissed off". Never want to come back here. And those of you who dare to come, avoid this hair dresser XIAOWU!!!!!!!!

I have my hair cut by Yan for a couple years. I’m very happy with Yan. He is high skilled and humble personality. I enjoy taking with him as well. Highly recommended for everyone looking for haricut, diet and style!

We’re visiting Seattle and spent $50 Uber to go all the way to Bellevue on a Tuesday morning and they didn’t let us have a quick hair cut. We have the time to wait all day, yet they said no availability for the whole day. So if this is your first time going, make sure YOU MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. Even if you’re going Monday morning at 10am or whatever. We wasted our time and $100 just to go back and forth for nothing.
