Jia is the best! I got my hair layered a few years back and I loved my hair. I recently moved and got my hair cut at Cowboys and Angels in SanFrancisco and I regret it. No one there could cut/layer hair like Jia. My hair isn't even layered anymore because of the stylist at Cowboys and Angels. I will fly back to WA after my hair grows back to see Jia.

Jia was great. I've never paid more than $25 for a haircut, but after the experience, I could say it was worth the extra money. She doesn't except credit cards though.
