I used to have them help store my cars back when I still lived in Bellevue a couple of months ago. They are very nice and give you awareness of cost, cost changes, and other important things that would affect whatever you are storing ahead of time.

Thank you for simple safe secure storage. I could compare you to that corporate storage, but it's not equal. Thank you for helping me keep this part of my life safe secure and stored. I checked out some of those negative reviews you do have to go in the office and sign paperwork. If you don't make a payment on time you do have to initiate payment. They don't rerun your card automatically. Just call them if you are not sure. They are friendly professionals, so be responsible. Cheers

Easy to drive up and store your thing. It has reasonable hours and it’s has a gate with safe code to keep your belongings secure.

Five Star Service! Debbie and Vicky went above and beyond helping me rent a storage spot for a travel trailer. I needed to find a secure lot with easy in and out access that was closer to home. Safegard Self Storage is the perfect fit, and working with Debbie and Vicky was pleasant and easy. Their rates are very reasonable. Entry to the lot is password protected, cameras in use and there was a security patrol on site. It’s worth checking out if you need in town storage.

I rented two units from this business since August of 2019 and just moved out. During this time I can say that my experience has been amazing. Debby, Bruce and the rest of the team are very easy to communicate with and are keen to help meet all your needs. I initially rented a single 5x10 storage and wanted to upgrade to a 10x10 (which wasn't available at the time), so instead they offered me a second 5x10 at a discounted rate. Their units are clean, well lit and have easy access. The facility felt safe and I didn't run into any issues at all. Hours of operation and pricing is fair and affordable. The only downside (if you will call it that) is that you are not allowed to drop off a moving "pod" in the parking lot or in front of the storage unit to unload directly into the storage unit. This is primarily due to the pods often being left there for a day or more before being picked up again. It was an inconvenience as I had to rent a truck to move the contents of the pod into the unit, but I understand their reasoning behind disallowing it. Also, I felt prudent to comment on another review left by someone else complaining about being charged for another month after vacating their unit. The forms we signed with this business clearly state how to move-out of your unit and cancel the service. I had no issues following these instructions and was not charged for a second month.

They were nice enough when we moved in. However when we moved out we called to let them know, and were assured we were checked out and would not be charged the following month, but we continued to be charged! When I called to ask for a refund, I was told I had to provide move-out notice in writing and there would be no refund. I have no problem providing notice in writing, but if employees mislead me over the phone and promise me I won't be charged any more, they should honor this, even if their employee made an error. This is sad because we had hoped to use them again.

She manages the facility and man she's great!
Service from the personnel is can't be beat!
Price/Rates are competitively affordable if not lower vs the surrounding public storage facilities in 20mi radius of DTB.
They've been serving since the 70's!
