Great service! I bought a BMW from RS and they were a no pressure dealer. I felt like I was at home. Ask for Sal he will take care of your every need! They gave me a free hat with my car it was kind of cool. Definitely recommend! Thank you to the RS team!!

Had a little bump my temp license flew off and I had 2 burnt out tail lights but got it home. So this place wasn't low pressure it was no pressure. They were very fair with the price. I feel I got a pretty good deal. Thank you Veronica! V6 RAV4 all wheel drive. So far so good!

Heads up long post!:If I could give this place 100 star rating, I would. I have not had the best luck when if comes to cars this year (third one so you already know I'm pretty much done with everything lol) and I just came to see a car at this location, not really expecting to buy anything yet so imagine my surprise when three hours later, I come out with a car!Coming into the building, everyone was friendly and the person who first helped up was Sanad, super friendly and has a pretty easy-going personality that makes you feel like you can relax rather than getting the "Are you going to buy or just waste my time'' type of vibe that you definitely would get with most dealerships. He was pretty understanding of my situation and budget, he was also fast and efficient when it came to getting the cars ready for me to test drive, which of course I fell in love with the second car.We were then passed on to Veronica, who, too, was understanding of my situation and very friendly and like Sanad, had a very easy going personality that you can't help but feel comfortable with. Not once since I stepped foot on the lot did I feel pressured or uncomfortable, which makes it easier when making a decision when it comes to buying a car. Veronica made the transition and transaction fast and easy, answering all my questions with details and given excellent explanations. She even ordered a new visor for my car and had my headlight buffed out, which was amazing!! Its the small thing that make you go "Huh, yeah this is a place I wouldn't mind coming back to or referring.''Customer Service: 10/10Car Selection: 10/10 (even though a good majority were above my budget, they were pretty nice cars, a little something for everyone in my opinion)Test Drives: 10/10Overall Experience: 100/10Thank you so much Veronica and Sanad for a wonderful experience!!

I don't understand why the lot looks like an auto junkyard.Passing by you'd never know how bad it actually looks behind the office bldg. It's really an eye sore and quite depressing for all the people around who have to see it day after day.You're unable to enjoy your summer day because of the junkyard that's in your view. If you're in the hotel the last thing you want to see when you look out your window is a car junkyard. Especially when you've come here to Bellevue for a vacation.It's hard to believe that it looks so bad. All I can say is it's disgustingly bad. There's a tarp that was put up so that in pictures you won't see the junkyard that's surrounds it.

Went in just to look at vehicles and was so surprised at the no pressure and relatable team. They were able to get me in to a new Lexus literally at the best cost I could find. Love how reliable they are and they answered every question I had. A+ , I won’t purchase a car anywhere else.
