I chose the combo package of head spa package 3 and “ice dancer “ mani pedi.
This was my first time and I was very excited to see Asian head spas finally coming to Seattle after seeing them popular in CA.
The head spa was nice although not quite relaxing and luxurious as I had hoped for. The lady who did mine was very nice and helpful but there is of course the language barrier . I had hoped for a very soothing experience but the massage was very hard making me feel a bit otherwise . I was constantly worried the pressure would make me loose whatever little hair I have on my scalp ?.She reduced the pressure a bit when I requested to ,but then 75 minutes on a plain massage bench did a number on my back . For such lengthy treatments you really need a cushioned and arched bed with heavy blankets . Since it’s summer I didn’t mind the thin blanket but it doesn’t give that cozy feel . All in all I would have loved if the whole process was slow and relaxing with long stroke massages , comfortable bed and more time with the 2 props they used to massage .Those were only for about a minute each .
Finally blow dry is just blow dry and your hair will be dried but no comb will be used to give any kind of style . This was unclear but I didn’t hugely mind that since my hair got dried anyway . But if you have thick long hair , or curly frizzy - expect to be not fully dried and styled . Price for 90 mins (90 mins is including blow dry ) was $120 .All in all I would give the head spa experience 7/10.
Mani pedi for the combo price was $75 and I believe it’s even more individually . This was the most dissappointing part for me because the names Ice dancer and fire walker along with the details on the website gave me this mental picture of a super relaxing ,special massage oriented process with special tools and icy balms- atleast something that would make it stand out from usual mani pedi . All the salons in my area have paraffin wax , hot stones and hot towels as part of the regular delux pedicure pack (about $40-$45)so this was nothing special to be expected . But to my surprise this was exactly what this special mani pedi was . Usual cleaning , grating the dead skin , scrub , paraffin dip and massage with a moisturizer ( didn’t feel anything icy) and a lousy massage of 2 minutes . I was so surprised and even though I am usually hesitant to confront , I had to ask for some extra massage since I was so sore after a hike the previous day . She was nice about it and did couple more minutes of massage . Then hot towel and paint the nails . Same for mani as well . Mani job didn’t come out that great either with colors outside the nails etc . I was especially dissappointed by this mani pedi and maybe it’s on me that I fell for the fancy words on the card . hence sharing this so that everyone is aware . I drove 45 minutes for this, took off from work and spend hours of my time and $$$ so I had hoped for a 5 * experience .
They all are very nice ladies and quite sweet but I really hope they can take the constructive criticisms to improve in future .

Lovely place and did a great job considering I had specific nail art I wanted done on dip nails with an extension because my nails were too short. These nails lasted 2-3 weeks and fell off because I was over using the nails.
Requested style: I had designed my own nail art and brought a detailed drawing of it and they delivered exactly what I wanted

While the person who did my head spa experience was nice and initially the first impression was wonderful, they really do need to work on their customer service and communication. When I ordered package 3, it said it included a blow dry. I wasn't expecting salon fancy but thought at least my hair would be dried and a brush would run through it. No basically what they mean is they run a hair dryer over your hair and leave it half wet. I asked them well can I actually get a blow dry with a brush thy said well that cost $30 for a style. Even though this wasn't great, I was willing to pay to get it done. They told me they don't have time to do my hair and the manager said I can blow dry it on my own if I want as a way to compromise. For the price that they're charging and the fact that they're trying to attract new customers this was not a great experience. It took me 2 weeks to make an appt - their website kept crashing and when you call their number it tells you this number has a voice mail box that is not set up and no one answers. They told me well you can book it next time you come. I told them there might not be a next time at this rate. They were very nonchalant and did not care and were like ok. Again, I appreciated the woman who did the experience for me and gave the 2 stars because of her. I won't be coming back here again because of the customer service and really hard system to try to book an appointment and communicate with somebody over expectations. I'm also not planning to recommend this place. For the price they are charging folks - they really need to do better. Save your $ and time and go somewhere else.

Called in for a last second waxing and they took care of me on a Saturday! I believe her name was Amy but she was really nice especially with how much I twitched because of the pain haha but I’ll definitely be back, thanks again!

This is one of the best nail salons I’ve visited. They offer a variety of packages for manicures, pedicures, head spa treatments, and massages. They also provide hair services and serve mimosas. The service is excellent, and they take extra care to ensure a soothing and relaxing experience. I highly recommend visiting this salon in downtown Bellevue.

This is my new go-to nail place! The prices are amazing and I always have had such a great experience when I have gotten my nails done here. Not only do they do fantastic work, the ladies here are so kind! The wait times have never been too long and the space is very clean and relaxing. Recommending this place to my coworkers and friends! ? Thank you Royal Lavender! ?

I tried the head-spa for the first time here at Royal Lavender. The lady was very nice and sweet and regularly asked if the pressure is alright. The glowing lights and rotating water spout, coupled with the head massage was SUPER relaxing! Only one star off because it was 5 minutes short of the 50 minutes.

my first time going to the salon, I went for a basic full set of French tips and I booked online through their website. It let me pick who I wanted to do my nails and I chose the owner. I was OK if it would cost me more. I just wanted a good experience with an experience technician. upon arriving i was not greeted by anybody, in fact, the owner was actually arguing with a man that works there as well. I checked in was not offered any beverages. i waited 10 to 15 min after my appointment time. I was told to go a random nail station with someone i did not book with. I looked over and the owner of the salon, was running over to a senior lady to go do her pedicure. Clearly, she thought this older white woman would give her a big tip. The girls were nice, I did not wash my hands. They didn't ask me to. I didn't see them sanitize anything either. they cut made me bleed on a few fingers. its only been one week and my gel is chipping, the tips aren't even and two of the nails popped off. one cracked in half and is super painful. I have never had this happen at any other salon in Bellevue. I am very disappointed and will not be coming back. going here was a waste of money. I'm going to have to have my acrylics removed and redone somewhere else this week even though I just paid like 90 or $100 last week to have them done. waste of time and money.

My family and I had a great experience at Royal Lavender nails. We called a day before and were able to make our reservation really easily for 3 people. When we entered the location the next day we were welcomed right away with smiles. Their check in systems is really simple to do, they will offer drinks as well if you are waiting. My mom was the first to get her Smoothing Combo with Ly she was very careful and super friendly. My mom and her had a great conversation:) My sister was able to do a full set with Gel with Dara. In the middle my sister wanted to switch over to a French style and Dara was understanding and said it was no problem they turned out beautifully. I chose to do my Gel X Set + Nail Art with Jenny because I saw her artwork before and I loved the artwork she did my design. I know it was a more difficult design and I was so happy that she was able to bring my inspiration to life. I was a bit nit picky when I wanted to add more pink to my nails but Jenny was also very understanding and kindly, added the pink with no problem. All 3 of our services were done very careful and considerately and the price was just right.The interior of this location was so pretty and had a great environment any member would walk by and give you a smile if you made eye contact with them. They were also very accommodating with my family and I they were allowing to sit next to each other and or allowing us to use a chair to put down our spots when we couldn’t hold on to it. They also had a tv with other services they offer which was a great marketing idea because I now have so many ideas of what services I would love to try. My family and I are already planning our next visit:) We highly recommend this nail spa! We would give a higher rating if we could thank you so much for the lovely experience everyone.

Treated myself to the head spa for mothers day. They were running behind when I checked in but I was taken care of while I waited. The treatment was incredible. I will be back regularly!

Wjen I moved to Bellevue, I was in search of a great place to get my nails done. After a couple failed attempts, I stumbled onto Royal Lavender Nail Salon I can't say enough good things about this place. Their dip manicures are simply the best--I've never been disappointed with any of the services provided. The staff is always friendly and professional, and the salon itself is clean and welcoming. If you're looking for a top-notch nail salon, Royal Lavender is the place to go! Han and all of her team are top notch. Won't go anywhere else.
