The person that assisted me, who I believe was a manager, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I had never been in and didn’t know much about shoes but they helped me try on many different kinds and found me a shoe that fit great, all while making sure other customers were being taken care of by the other employees. They have a great crew there.

Worst customer service I have ever seen at a shoe store usually they will ask you if you need help especially if you are browsing shoes on the wall3-4 employees helping 3 customers who kept asking for a different shoe every time they came back and after 30 minutes of standing there like an idiot with no end in sight to getting help I decided to never give this establishment my business everEven as I left an employee seemed to be chit chatting with a customer leaving on one of the shoe display but not a single person asking if I needed help which is the entire reason I came to this specific storeI will be telling others to avoid this company as well I have never felt so invisible before inside of a business I was planning to spend money at I even went back inside and asked one of the workers who said they were going on lunch and the other person could help who was in the back

I thought, I knew everything about my feet until I went into Roadrunner Sports. I came away, finally knowing and understanding why I have difficulty finding walking shoes that I can actually wear, and that fit me well.Zachary took me through a relatively thorough evaluation of my feet as well as a gait analysis. His service however, went beyond the evaluation.He made sure I had shoes to try on. Problem solved when need, moving from various brands, to trying out the men’s sizes because they start with a wider box, and on and on as needed.I have a new pair of shoes, other items, and a guarantee that I can come back if needed for additional support. I go here once a year to get my daughter running shoes. She loves their custom insoles as she has pretty high arches. The staff is always friendly and helpful. We had a great experience with Zachary yesterday.
