Our salesman Ryan set the bar his attention to detail was like no other we really appreciated his customer service we did not find any salesmen like him in our journey to buy a spa he was honest an incredibly knowledgeable he made us want to buy at Rich's please hire more people like him.

My wife and I had a great experience with Kim Berry. From the moment we asked our first question to Kim, she was so helpfu. She took her time with us, walked the store to show us different solutions and allowed us to move chairs around to see how they looked with different tables. What made this experience pleasant is that Kim never pressured us to purchase anything and never seemed in a hurry to get to the next customer. We ended up purchasing an outdoor table and we appreciate the customer experience she provided us, something you don’t see often these days. We will be back to Rich’s for future purchases!

Michelle waited on us and she stayed over an hour after closing to help us. She is absolutely the best store manager/sales person I have ever encountered. She knew everything about every product, was pleasant to deal with and totally customer focused. I just don't see the attention to the customer like this anymore and it was such a joy to deal with her. In addition she was efficient, and listened to what we wanted and was quick to figure out measurements. It took her 10 minutes to write up a significant amount of items and dollar value and her follow up was exceptional.I would definitely shop at Rich's again because of her incredible service!

Kim Berry took great care of us at Rich's For The Home. We came in looking to replace our old barbecue and she listened carefully to our desires. She steered us to the perfect barbecue grill for our needs. It was not too expensive or big, but perfect for us. We had the grill delivered and the delivery team from Rich's did a great job, putting it carefully right where we wanted it and setting it up perfectly. It was a wonderful experience and we will go back to Rich's for all of our outdoor home needs.

We purchased these swivel chairs having first seen this set a couple of years ago... it stuck with me. Absolutely love... Bonus that we didn't need to assemble. Kim Berry was perfect with her communication and demeanor throughout the decision-making process. We researched other sites to see if we could pay a bit less as these were fairly pricey for us, but we found that Rich's had the best price. Overall, an excellent experience, and a nice anniversary gift for us following our remodel. Thank you!

We went to several places to get quotes on fireplaces as our old one finally stopped working. All of the stores we looked at had similar fireplace units that we loved, however the customer service and what they offered in the form of demolition of the old fireplace and installation of the new one was all over the place as well as the pricing. When we walked into Rich's and met Kim Berry, we automatically felt at ease - the other places either had non existent salespeople or overly aggressive ones. Kim has been in this industry for years and patiently walked us through all the different products and choices and sent us off with brochures and pricing so that we could discuss. She was so knowledgable (she has been to the factory where they make the units and has extensive knowledge on how they work). We gleaned new info from her even though we had already been to 2 other stores - clearly a testament to her years in the industry and intimate knowledge of the product she sells. Rich's also has dedicated companies they use for both demolition and installation (including tile work). It was so incredibly easy on our part as after we picked out the fireplace, we just needed to pick out tile! The other stores were not full service as in they were only responsible for taking out the old unit (-no demo-ing of old tiles) and putting in the new unit (-no replacing new tiles). One store owner told us all we needed was a "sledgehammer to take out the old tiles" - which, after watching the actual process, was NOT true and could have caused some serious damage. We LOVE LOVE LOVE our new fireplace. Kim guided us smoothly through our purchase and the companies Rich's works with coordinated with us the demo and install. The tile work is so beautiful and the new fireplace updated our living room and looks amazing! I HIGHLY recommend Rich's.

My mother needed her 20 year old insert serviced. While other shops won't touch it since it wasn't a brand they sell, Rich's was able to locate a user manual and when I couldn't do it myself, was able to come and service the unit. And when she wanted to replace an old log set in her bedroom, they came and measured the space to find the perfect unit and arranged for a flawless installation.
