Great atmosphere, associates are nice, friendly, and knowledgeable about their products.
Their mattress and chairs are incredibly comfortable. Price are truly downtown Bellevue price.

We went into the Bellevue, WA store to get information on massage chair options. Hale was the sales associate who helped us. Hale patiently, and thoroughly, explained many different options to us, including those that weren't currently in stock, and provided us with very solid recommendations on chairs which were best suited to help with our particular back ailments, letting us try out each of them after he customized settings to address our specific concerns. He also provided us with important information on "things to look out for", when purchasing, using, setting up, and even relocating a massage chair, and put absolutely no pressure on us to buy anything. We feel very comfortable with our final choice. We will definitely refer Hale and the "Relax the Back" store to others.

very good had a broken base on my older chair. Chris took care of it and had a new base shipped in. the replacemet took some extra work because of the age. now i have the best chair ive ever owned back!

I recently shopped at the Bellevue location. It started with a phone call to inquire and finished with a very happy customer. I was in need of a quality and ergonomically adjustable office chair. Kris took the original call and helped me order and receive the chair. He is professional, knowledgeable, thoughtful, and extremely helpful. The entire staff is great! Wonderful experience. I will shop there in the future for certain!

I have had nothing but positive experiences with Relax the Back. The service has been excellent and everyone at the store (and particularly Chelsea) is incredibly knowledgable and happy to answer any questions about their products, which are also excellent and well worth the investment.
